Our family of six were in town for a family funeral. This place was perfect for us. We needed a base that allowed us all to have separate room. And that worked out great. Absolutely met our needs

Jeff is a wonderful host! He notified me the morning of check in that the house would actually be ready early and I was free to go in if I was in town. There were snacks waiting for us in the kitchen that was very appreciated since he didn’t stop for dinner. The house was perfect for what we needed and would love to stay again another time.

even though you were not the house gives you the feeling that you are right on the lake but fireman's beach is only three blocks away from the house and it's close to everything you need it was a great experience we will definitely go through this host again

Shannon was probably the most proactive communicator prior to and during my stay at her Airbnb. Her communication was thorough and thoughtful. The property description was accurate, the most important being there is no kitchen, not even a sink. I knew this going in. The upstairs bedrooms and bath were very nice. If you like soft mattresses you will not be disappointed. Good value for the money, safe neighborhood, and close to many venues. I would stay there again for sure.

Julie was a very accommodating host and the place was exactly as described, which was perfect for what we needed. It was extremely clean and well outfitted, even nicely decorated for the holidays to give it a cozy, homey feel. The fenced yard was also nicely kept and great for our pups to safely run around in. Julie was very communicative, providing clear and helpful instructions, recommendations, and assistance when we needed to extend our reservation and after we realized we had left an item behind. We can definitely recommend staying here and we’d happily book again next time we’re in the area.

This was our second year staying at The Chill for Christmas and we had a wonderful stay!🎄The home is very cozy and set up with everything you will need, even including personal care products in the bathroom. The home is in a great location, walking distance to Lanterman’s Mill. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Natalia and Benny are very kind people! They left gifts for the entire family under their beautiful Christmas tree, including our two dogs! We appreciated that thoughtful gesture. They also checked in on us several times during the stay to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, we had a great time and we would stay at The Chill again :)

Amy was amazing to deal with from day one. My group from Louisiana was there for a month and was very comfortable. Amy checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Christine’s apartment! Great size with plenty of room. Nice amenities and great service, too. Easy to find and a short distance from downtown Amherst and Oberlin. Will come back if we need to stay around here again. Thank you Christine!

A very good spot for larger groups that are interested in experiencing one of Cleveland's better neighborhoods (and very good donut shop 2 blocks away). The upstairs level does not have central air, but there was a portable AC that did a good job of cooling off the area. There were plenty of towels & linens provided, and having access to a washer/dryer was also helpful.

Peaceful and spacious and beautiful. Nicely provisioned. Easy check in, close to everything, but has a nice private view of woods from the windows

Such a cool spot — you immediately feel transported to a different place. We found ourselves forgetting we were even in Ohio anymore! It’s also close to everything and there’s a bike path right at the end of the street. Highly recommend!

The location was perfect for us: easy to get all around the east side of Cleveland, including suburbs. The space was lovely and we felt very much at home in their beautiful space. John and Sarah were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

The host is very responsive and helpful! I made a suggestion of adding baking sheets and ice trays for future guests and the host had them delivered the next day. It was also super nice having an EV charger available. We loved using the fireplace upstairs in the evening to stay cozy. As advertised, there’s no washer or dryer which is a little inconvenient for longer stays but it’s a great price.

The place was beautiful and loved the view it’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay it’s also a beautiful small romantic place for you and your spouse As well. We came here for sweeties day and Halloweekend (cedar point)and we really enjoyed our selves.

SO BEAUTIFUL! The radio on the wall was a unique addition that blew my mind. We found out that we didn’t have hot water the next morning but the hosts got it fixed by the time we got back later that day. Good hosts and great apartment.

Our stay was great! The condo was clean, the golf cart rentals were easily accessible, and the view was amazing. Rhett was proactive in providing us with all the necessary info. We would definitely come back!

Bridget was a great host, who offered us an earlier check in and later checkout due to the availability. Her place had pretty much everything we needed, including some DVD movies and puzzles, which my granddaughter LOVED. Great views of the water from both sides of the condo, too!

We had the best stay at Tom's condo! It was warm and inviting with a beautiful lake view. We enjoyed the sun room, pool, and lake. The complex is quiet and a very quick walk to the Put-In-Bay ferry and downtown Port Clinton. The bed is also comfy!
