Vacation rentals with a hot tub in North Side

Wonderful stay at this Air B&B, loved the space! A perfect retreat for an adult getaway! The layout was nice for two couples with two en-suite bedrooms and off street parking. The hot tub was clean and chemically balanced. Checking in and out was very easy with no chores (a unique and appreciated feature). Adequately stocked for kitchen. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean! The host was one of the most responsive and attentive hosts we have experienced. The host also checked in to ensure the stay was going well. Provided a good balance of engagement without being overbearing. The space and host are highly recommended. Would stay again and would consider other locals with the same host if available.

Enjoyed staying there. Had almost all the cooking utensils I needed and the hot tub was nice! It was super cold outside but we still got a good hour out of it before it started getting too cool. Host was responsive. The only thing that was not consistent was that there were no paper towels. However with how responsive he was, I wouldn’t be surprised if I had asked he would’ve had them for me. I could’ve thought to bring my own, too. Overall great stay!!

Lovely peaceful guest house nestled in the woods. Easy to get to and very clean and comfortable space. Will definitely be back :)

Overall we had an amazing time we brought our dogs and they had plenty of space to run around Tim also let us stay a bit after check out because we were running late. Definitely will stay here again!

A perfect little spot for our weekend trip. Great location, walking distance to many spots. One of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. The hot tub was nice, although the water cools pretty quickly. Overall, a great place we’d recommend.

We had an awesome and memorable experience for our christmas vacation in Chicago. Bryan was very responsive to any of our questions and was an overall great host with an awesome, super comfy place. During our stay we even had a minor appliance issue and Bryan replaced the whole thing and got it working again within the hour on a Sunday! If you stay here you definitely won't regret it!

Great location for us to stay at when visiting family who lives close by! The building staff is helpful and kind. We loved having a corner unit, especially traveling with a pet. Will be staying here again when I return.
