Vacation rentals with breakfast in North Mountain Village, Phoenix

The Ace was a great location and great house for our family and dogs. The outside was fun with the putting green, outdoor bar/grilling area and the pool/ping pong area. The covered porch was so nice to sit under when the days were hot. We were able to bike almost anywhere we wanted to go. The neighborhood is peaceful and neighbors really nice. Steve was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Great place to stay with lots of amenities! Super appreciated the cereal & eggs that were available. Would have loved a coffee pot other than a Keurig, or a reusable Keurig pod. The rooms are spacious & they have everything you need!

Everything was as advertised. No complaints, kids loved the pool, golf, and arcade games. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house last week! The view was absolutely stunning, and the proximity to the mountain was a huge plus for us. My friends and I couldn’t get enough of the cozy fireplaces—they made our evenings special. The host went above and beyond by leaving delicious desserts, which we really appreciated. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We made such great memories here and would absolutely rent this house again. Highly recommend!

The hosts communicated extremely well. There were some minor issues, but they responded swiftly and corrected them with zero impact on our stay. They wanted to make sure we had everything we needed at check-in and throughout our stay. The houses were decorated extremely well as if they were lived in year-round. Both houses had their unique charm and were functional in every way whether it was the pools, the hot tub, or the appliances. The locations was center to every place we needed to visit. We would definitely rent again.

Great clean spot if you have a group staying with you. All rooms and beds were very comfortable as well.

The property and amenities (pool / hot tub), gym, and location were top notch! Close to great shopping, restaurants, and all the events going on. Hiking was really close (Pinnacle Peak). The condo was clean, very comfortable, quiet, and a great location within the property. The host was super responsive and everything was as described. All in all this was a great experience!

Sarah's place is a great deal! It is a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale with so many shops and restaurants, and a 20 minute drive to Phoenix Airport. Worked out perfectly for overnight stay.

Clean room and bathroom. Friendly host. The neighborhood seems safe. Overall a good place if you are looking where to sleep and shower

Great spot if you need something long ish term. Stayed for a month waiting to close on my house and it fit my needs perfectly.

Alessandro's place is amazing ! We absolutely loved staying and look forward to going back one day. They were actually traveling while we staying at the house but they made it so simple to get ahold of them. The house is very pretty, eclectic, and clean.

I had a fantastic stay at Laura’s place! The room was spacious, spotless, and felt just like home. Since it was the master bedroom, it came with a private bathroom, which was a rare and appreciated bonus. Laura was an amazing host, very attentive, and communicated well throughout my stay.
