Vacation rentals in North Lancaster

This was our second time staying at Sheila’s, we felt right at home. Thank you for everything!

Our family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed at this gorgeous cabin for a long weekend while we visited a Cabane Au Sucre. After an adventurous (and long!) drive, we were pleased to find a cozy home, with plenty of places to stretch out and lounge, lots of hiking paths for when we had a burst of energy, and a delightful hot tub to relax afterwards! The basement was a kids dream with bunk beds, a spiderman night light and a karaoke machine- what more could they ask for!

We had nice and pleasant stay in the cottage. The place is clean, cozy and well equipped. Special thank you to Barbara for provided firewood.

Third stay at Butternut Bay, and it truly does feel like a home away from home. We have such special family memories because of Butternut Bay and its owner, first Jeanne, and now Meagan who is continuing her legacy--and it really does feel like that. Meagan cares that your time at Butternut is one you will remember. We thoroughly enjoyed her sharing of the St Lawrence Seaway map online, so we were able to track and learn more about the ships that were passing, day and night! Looking forward to our next stay, and more amazing family moments. Thank you Meagan!

Had a great stay with family here. We attended snowmobile races and we needed parking for our 28’ trailer and we fit in the driveway with no issues. Beautiful old home that has been updated very nicely.

The photos do not accurately capture how pretty this place is. The home is thoughtfully and stylishly decorated, the beds are very comfortable, and the screened in porch is lovely! We had a wonderful time on Loon Lake and especially enjoyed the canoe and kayaks. There are no homes directly across the lake, and there is a lot of greenery on either side of the home. So the place feels very private. We had a minor issue during our stay, but Mary communicates efficiently and the issue was resolved satisfactorily. We would definitely consider booking this place again!
