Great convenient place to stay. Our son was getting married at The Hobbiton set and this house is less than 5 mins away. Well stocked facilities with plenty of room Briony provided breakfast eats, was extremely friendly and excellent timely communication. Also enjoyed engagement with the cats, their dog and the chooks. Beautiful peaceful surroundings.

We had an amazing time during our stay! The surroundings were absolutely stunning, making it the perfect escape. It’s truly a fantastic spot for larger groups looking to create unforgettable memories together.

our stay at Mountain Glass was nothing short of amazing. It was everything and more! A clean space, big & easy straight forward kitchen and living area made us feel right at home and the surrounding outside environment was truly magical with views we will never forget. Jo also made time to arrange the master room beforehand in to a romantic vibe/theme as the trip was a surprise early birthday/Valentine's for my beloved. I highly recommend and I look forward to our return stay in the future.

Perfect place to stay in the perfect location!

Wow, Lynne's home was amazing. The view from all the window was spectacular. We throughly enjoyed watching the sunset over the bay with Auckland way off in the distance. It was idyllic. Everything was spotlessly clean with good quality linen and towels and the bed was super comfy. Lynne was a more than perfect host. She was super friendly and helpful and supplied us with lots of delicious treats. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here .

The first words out of my husband’s mouth when we walked into Stewart’s place was “ this place is beautiful !” We love staying in Airbnbs where the host has a keen sense of design and function. There’s lots of artwork and books to enjoy along with a beautiful patio overlooking the lake. It’s a much nicer place to stay than in hectic Rotorua - but you still have access to all the popular sites in the area. And it’s always a pleasure to actually meet the host. If we are ever back in this area, this is the only place we will stay. It is definitely a serene and peaceful couples retreat.

Raewyn's place was a wonderful stay. Her place was spacious, the kitchen had all the amenities, super comfortable bed, close to the beach and lovely patios to sit outside. Raewyn and her husband are lovely hosts and were extremely helpful and caring. We would go back in a heartbeat and sorry we couldn't stay longer.

Great location, quiet street 5 minutes stroll to Jervois Road

Loved our stay here, it was perfect to do the Tongariro Crossing and ease the legs in the hot tub afterwards. The place is clean, well equipped, quiet and overall feels like a home from home. The complimentary fresh bread, milk and butter were greatly appreciated and the host Richard was warm and friendly without being overbearing. Overall would highly recommend to everyone!

Incredible beach front house in a quiet bay community. We had an amazing time swimming in Wyuna bay and exploring the coromandel. Bring bug spray for the evenings! - Highly recommend the stay :)

Loved our stay at Toka Ridge - such a stunning property in a beautiful setting! Gorgeous views overlooking the lake and a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Rotorua itself. House is beautifully designed both inside and out, and every possible amenity has been provided. Hot tubs were a particularly nice treat! Our only wish was that we could have stayed longer!

Millhouse is a gem of place. On arriving we decided there and then that the following day we were staying put and having a rest day from sightseeing. We had a walk up the farm track and then sat on the porch watching birds and enjoying the peace and quiet. I cannot recommend Millbouse as a location, and Aaron and Amanda as hosts, enough. Shout out to Kitten too... thanks for the pressie!

Absolutely beautiful house. Felt very welcoming and at home. The owners where very responsive and helpful. There was lots of amenities and parts of the house that made it feel complete and well loved. We very much adored staying at 3 Ulster Street and would love to come back sometime. It was the perfect location for us to stay while having a wedding and related events and we couldn't have asked for a better spot.

We had an amazing stay! The house is spacious with big and cozy rooms. We loved the outdoor games and options to borrow bikes. The communication with Briar and Mike was very friendly, fast and they were very helpful! Many thanks!

This is the best Air B&B we have ever stayed at! We were a group of 4 couples and we loved the space, amenities and peaceful location. The big bonus was the well stocked kitchen for cooking in. I would love to stay here again.

Excellent location to get some sleep and sort our things before doing a 3-day canoe trip. I wish I could have stayed longer.
