Private suite vacation rentals in North Holland

I spent some lovely days at Siennie's place with my dog. The check-in and check-out were uncomplicated, there is a parking space directly at the house. The place was clean and there was everything you need. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The highlight was of course the beach within walking distance. Unfortunately, you only learn on site that dogs are not allowed to go to bed on the sofa or with them. It would have been nice to get this information before booking. Other than that, everything else was perfect, and I felt very comfortable at the place.

We had a spectacular stay. We could walk everywhere or take the tram. We came for the tulip festival and fell in love with Amsterdam. If you want to be in the centre of it all this is the place to be. The beds were comfortable. Beautiful view of the canal. Great local restaurants and bars. Shopping close by. Everything you could possibly need. We have so much more we could say about the accommodation, the location and the hosts. If it is available grab it Now you won’t be disappointed!

We had a fantastic weekend at Peter & Jose’s place. It is in a quiet and picturesque location although quite secluded, so the nearest shop was a 15-20 minute walk away and the train station around half an hour. However, Jose has bikes you can borrow to make the journey a little shorter and most of the walk is through the open air museum passing beautiful windmills and pretty houses. We had no trouble getting an uber from the station when we came back in the evening, and the train journey into central Dam was only 15 minutes. The accommodation is spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped. We really appreciated the delicious breakfast provided by Jose on the first and last mornings of our stay. Highly recommended and we certainly hope to return!

We had a great week at Tania’s. Quiet location, privacy and winter sauna was a nice extra.

Polly’s family house is a gem in the island, perfect location to stay and get a feeling of the history. Fully recommended!

Great weekend at Magdalena's. Good communication before we arrive, perfect arrival and welcome. We met Magdalena later in the evening, a lovely person who does everything to make his visitors have a good time. The accommodation is very comfortable, quiet in an exceptional environment between land and sea. A huge thank you to Magdalena and her husband for their extraordinary hospitality.

We loved Cornelis‘ place! It was nice, clean, and well equipped with oven and dishwasher. The house is greatly (and quiet) located, for trips to Alkmaar, the beach or Haarlem. 2 bicycles can be used. The beds were really comfy. The next supermarket is just a 3 minute car ride away. A big plus in the summer is the terrace with a smoker and a barbecue equipment! Cornelis was always fast in answering! We will definitely return. Thank you, Cornelis!

Anneke's cottage is tastefully and cozy. Anything you need is present. And if you want to know something, she responds very quickly and helpful. You can have a great time both inside and outside. However, it is useful to know that the toilet is on the ground floor.

Nothing to say, everything is clean and well thought out. Parking space is a real added value. Only small problem, a little high price

What a great stay! Janmartin and Jacco made us feel welcomed and right at home. They communicated quickly, clearly, and efficiently. They provided a book of local things to do and see, including restaurants. Everything was ready when we arrived, the apartment was clean, and if we needed anything (like extra towels or information ), they responded. After exploring the Netherlands each day, we loved coming back in the evening to such a beautiful peaceful place to wind down and sleep in the comforting bed. Sunsets over the water around the block were stunning. Plenty of hot water for showers. The two of us highly recommend this Airbnb

We really had a super nice stay in Zandvoort! The location is top – you can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes. The apartment was nice and clean and very nicely decorated. What we especially found chill was that really everything was there: a coffee machine, a hob, enough plates and cups, towels and tea towels – you don't actually have to bring anything. The host was super nice and welcoming, we felt right at home. And that garden, so cute and cozy – really a nice place to relax. So highly recommended!

Excellent stay in zandvoort with Sarah and Johan. Everything is close: downtown, beach. Amsterdam very easily accessible, Keukenhof too. Sarah and Johan are very friendly, attentive hosts. The rental is as described and very clean. I would highly recommend it We'll definitely be back next time.

Great location. On the top floor with a terrace overlooking a peaceful courtyard. The sounds of birds were very soothing all through the day. Felt like staying in old Amsterdam. As described, the stairs are very steep with narrow steps, as of old. Good exercise! The studio is compact but had the amenities we wanted. Good stores and restaurants all around. Ellen is a great communicator. We had a lovely stay.

Johan was approachable, friendly and helpful ( even trying to help me ride his bike 😂 ) decided I was safer on my feet 😊 responded quickly to any questions, also gave us some eggs from his chickens 🙏 place was in a beautiful location, neighbours friendly and helpful too. buses run frequently from early morning till very late at night, so no worries getting to and from Amsterdam central, also very close walk to bus stop from accommodation. only thing I would say is an issue is there is no shop, so any food/shopping etc you need, you need to buy at amsterdam central first. once in amsterdam central everything is close by within walking distance 😊 had a lovely time staying here, thank you Johan 🙏

The place was as described, but you can't describe the grounds where the place is located. It goes far beyond what's visible in the photos in many details. The place has an almost magical character. Thousands of artifacts are lovingly spread out on the terrain. Old columns, sculptures and fountains. You don't have enough time to see yourself full. If you like this kind of ambiance, you are in good hands, and actually you don't want to leave. The description says that the kitchen only has a mini fridge, but for our terms it's a normal. Large base fridge. However, the dishwasher is tiny, and we preferred to rinse by hand. If you're traveling with more than two people, you should know that there are no doors in the studio. Otherwise, the equipment with everything you need is available. All in all, a recommendation.

We were spontaneously in Amsterdam for two days and got the apartment at a great price – significantly cheaper than the average! The location is perfect: shops are within walking distance, and you can be in the city center in just 20 minutes by train. Check-in went completely smoothly, and communication with Lisa was great! I would be happy to come back.

Peter and Inge hosted us very sweetly and we really liked it. They were very friendly and responded promptly. The stay was also cute and cosy and was very comfortable and neat. The location was so beautiful with a lot of Tulip Gardens and beautiful water canals . Also the location is not very far from Amsterdam and Keukenhof. Overall we liked the accommodation very much and would definitely come again for a longer period of time. I would also strongly recommend the stay as it is lovely.

Hilde and Bram were great! Very friendly and welcoming. Staying in Watergang was good. Only a 15 minute bus ride to Amsterdam. It was nice to stay in a quieter place. We would fully recommend Hilde and Bram's place. Cozy, homey and it comes with everything you need plus ebikes. Thank you so much for such a lovely place to make our holiday extra special.

Excellent place to stay. Our family of four loved our stay here while exploring Amsterdam. It was very clean and the layout worked great for our family. Having easy access to a washer and dryer in the apartment was so convenient. At night, it was quiet and during the day it was super easy to get around; we walked, took the tram, rented bikes, etc. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend their place.
