This stay was great, the atmosphere of the lobby was also floating with bread cookies aroma. Overall, it felt very homey. The room style was simple and comfortable. The bed was very soft. It was really easy to relax and rest. It was easy to get away from various attractions. Parking was good. The host prepared breakfast was great. Location absolutely perfect! When travelling with your own vehicle, you can park your car in the public parking garage about 700 metres from the house. The Wonderland room was very suitable for our family. Our toddler slept in the house bed which functioned as a seperate area so we could still move around after he went to bed. Communication with James via chat was smooth and he is super responsive.

The room is comfortable and clean, there are many attractions nearby, and parking is good.The host is very responsive and will stay again next time👍

All the odors in the toilet, everything else was great

I really like the old house, there is a taste of my grandparents' house when I was a child, and I hope to have a chance to stay next time.

Worth a second visit

We got very attentive service from Poky, especially the host's attentive breakfast and recommendations and introductions to nearby attractions/restaurants.The location is really convenient and we love the layout of the room.I will definitely stay here again on my next stay.

We staid two nights at Aki’s place, and we really enjoyed it. The space is beautiful and although a bit small perfect for two people. As the building is old you could easily hear the neighbours when they were talking on the street, but this wasn’t really a problem. The location is also very good for sightseeing in the central parts of Tainan.

Great place to stay—10/10! The apartment was clean, centrally located, and had a great vibe. And James was very friendly and responsive. James is fluent in English and easily answered all of my questions. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks, James!

The room is actually big enough for three people to sleep in. It is well equipped with a dehumidifier, Panasonic AC unit, hair dryer, a TV with international stations, and a wardrobe. The bathroom is not spacious but comfortable enough for one person to shower. The location is great, and there is a 7-11 right outside for snacks and other necessities. Overall, it is an affordable and recommended option.

This was a wonderful stay! I asked multiple times if I could extend my stay, and the host immediately indicated that it could! The communication was fantastic, responded in a few minutes! And the location is also top. The apartment had everything required. Check-in was also super easy. I'll definitely be back here! Recommended for everyone.

James is one of the nicest gentlemen you can meet. He will ensure you are looked after and comfortable for your entire stay. James properties all provide great value for money. The property is located perfectly for NCKU students or travellers wanting a convenient location.

Alex is a great host. The room is very quiet for sleeping. Alex is very warm and helpful. I booked a place at first, but it was not in a good location with few lightning. so I booked Alex's place at the same day. He cleaned the room very well with short notice. He also recommend next door's Chiropractor Mr. Wei who treated my shoulder pain. My trip in Tainan became so much better after I moved to Alex's place. Thanks

This is my second stay here. The location is excellent. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. I loved it! I would recommend to all my friends. Hope to come back soon!

Older style flavoured building with a family size staying together with a great sense of their own home.

Elaine and Chloé are excellent hosts, who are going the extra mile for their guests. They gave us a very warm welcome and explained in person how to use the different appliances (wasmachine, dishwasher, jacuzzi, television with karaoke etc.). Also gave us tips for things to do in the neighborhood and showed us where we can buy affordable fruits and veggies. They regularly checked in on us if we needed anything or had any questions. Thanks to Elaine and Chloé we had a wonderful time in Tainan.

Great stay, the house was very nicely decorated. Close to Tainan's main attractions, restaurants, and cool bars. We really enjoyed staying at this lovely home!

An incredible, atmospheric property with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space to gather together. The building was historic with many original features which made it a fascinating place to stay.
