Beach condo vacation rentals in North Beach

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

This is our 2nd time staying at Lorie's. She is beyond exceptional and deserving of not just 5 but 6 stars! Her condo is beautiful and clean and has ample supplies for cooking and cleaning. She is a true joy to communicate with and is friendly and prompt. Ger place has a good view and is very tranquil. We plan to stay at Lorie's Airbnb as much as we can! She is truly a top 1% host!

Spent the weekend here to get away from the bustling city. Mike was very responsive and more than helpful when we got to the airbnb slightly earlier than check-in was. I'm so appreciative to him for that. The place was exactly how the pictures look. We've stayed at the Island House before but in different rooms. The remodel done to this dwelling was so stunning. Really makes you feel right at home! The location to the beach is merely a 20 second walk to the shoreline and steps away from the pool. If you're thinking about staying here, I would highly recommend it.

John’s place was the perfect spot for a get away! If you are looking for quiet, cozy, clean place to stay. This is the perfect spot! John was super communicative with the stay and I had 0 issues! 100% booking again moving forward!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. We found it to be quite cozy with a beautiful view of the beach. I loved the color scheme of the house very much;) We hope to return someday.

Eric, Is awesome. I stayed for 3 months. The place is quiet, clean and Eric will get back to you in minutes for anything. Highly recommended.

Me and my Friend were so cozy in this cute little beach get-away apartment. Surrounded by a quiet area and literally less than a 10 min drive to the beach! They have everything you need and though we had no pets with us, we found it very sweet that the owners had dishes and treats for the pets. Diana was such a amazing host! I had left my airpods and offered to cover the expenses of gas and shipping, but Diana insisted that she would cover the expenses at no cost. A very sweet gesture and answered all of our questions in such short time. Would highly recommend staying here 😊

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

Evan‘s place was incredible. We had such a wonderful time. He was also super responsive and gave us recommendations for places to eat and what beaches to go to. Also, didn’t have a huge checklist for cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay, super short walk to Whitecap Beach, close to restaurants on the island. The condo was very comfortable, and I appreciate the cleaning items to help pick up the extra sand drug in. Cynthia was very responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We just wanted a quick get away & Darryn’s place was the perfect spot. We felt like we had the whole island to ourselves. The condo is cozy & it has everything you might need. Morning coffee on the balcony was the perfect way to enjoy the mornings. Don’t sleep in, make the short walk down to the beach & catch the sunrise; it’s absolutely beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay! I can’t wait to go back if I get the chance. For me, the currently quiet location, winter visit, was just what the doctor ordered. I loved being able to walk right out to the beach at any time. The condo itself was just as pictured, probably better, super clean and welcoming. The views are the selling point here. I just couldn’t get enough of them. Being able to open the living room sliding doors to hear and see the waves crashing was the highlight of my stay. While the building is older, this unit is just stunning and fresh. I cooked every meal in the kitchen and found it clean, well organized and stocked. The only 2 issues I encountered were with the water pressure and temperature. At times it was a bit low and took a while to heat up. But it was really not a big deal. I did not use the hot tub or pool but heard others say the hot tub was nice in the cold weather. Both looked very clean.

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Peaceful stay at this beautiful condo! Loved the location and the close proximity to the beach. The provided beach gear (chairs and towels) made it very easy to pack up and go. The condo itself was clean and spacious and provided enough space for our family of 5 to spread out. It was close enough to Port A to get some shopping and dining experiences, while private enough to have our own space on the beach and pool. We were not aware of the construction prior to arriving and while it did not cause large issues, the noise was loud for several long portions of a couple of afternoons so we found other things to do outside of the condo! We were very thankful to find charged lanterns during several power outages during a bigger storm that passed through. All in all, would definitely recommend this space for families with 10+ yr old children or adults.

A very nicely furnished and decorated condo on the second floor of the Aransas Princes with a wonderful balcony and view of the waves across the dunes. Beautiful sunrises! We had 4 adults and used all three sleeping areas, including the one sofa sleeper which was a little less comfortable but worked OK. We spent 3 nights and had everything we need, along with easy access to stores and restaurants for additional things.

Great location! Informed us of unexpected maintenance at the unit next to us before we arrived so we could plan. We had a relaxing couple of days at the beach and hardly noticed the maintenance! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their spouses. Each couple had their own private space and bathroom. The view is incredible!
