Vacation rentals with a sauna in North Avoca Beach

Chantale’s apartment was so comfortable, lovely atmosphere and so well appointed especially considering the weather was so hot! The complex is safe and the facilities are so good for a relaxing stopover. Access to all the northern beaches , cafes , restaurants etc. I will definitely go back to take the opportunity to enjoy another perfect chill out!

stayed a weekend at wabi sabi and absolutely loved it the place was beautiful and very close to the beach also a quick walk to the shops, i loved my stay in avoca it is a beautiful spot 10/10 highly recommend.

Location, set up and facilities were all perfect for what we needed. Convenient for rehab, markets and friends. Tanya was always available if we needed her. Felix the cat was great company 😻

Easy communication, right in the heart of hornsby and walking distance to everything. Very spacious for an apartment, loved that there is aircon in the bedrooms and living area, kitchen is a dream. Will definitely stay again and happy to move right in as you feel so at home. They have done an amazing job

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The space is cozy and beautifully decorated, big and open lighting, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The host was welcoming and communicative, providing all the information I needed for a smooth stay. It’s clear that they care about making their guests feel comfortable and at ease. Overall, it was the perfect getaway for a restful, relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Mona’s place is thoughtfully designed and practical. We were a group of friends getting away for some R&R - and it was perfect! We enjoyed being surrounded by lush greenery and the sauna and ice bath experience was a bonus! Overall a great holiday home to unwind. Plus, Copacabana Beach was just a 5min walk away, thanks to a handy shortcut, with some local cafés on the way. Highly recommend!

We arrived after heavy winds that brought down a power line. this affected both our power and water supply. Lane did everything within her power to help make our stay turn out exactly the way we were hoping despite the difficulties. She went above and beyond for us and we would really like to thank her for making our stay so special. It was a wonderful home with a gorgeous pool and the most magnificent grounds. Great for young and old alike.

Great place for an extended family getaway. Michelle & Johnny are very generous and accommodating. Early check in and late check out worked a treat for us. Everyone loved the indoor swimming pool and sauna. Massive living area and kitchen with picturesque views to the ocean. A great place to relax. Would go back again.

Nicola was an excellent host - very responsive and friendly. We (two families - 4 adults, 4 kids) had a great stay over the New Year break. House was as described, with a well stocked kitchen, including a great espresso machine to keep you caffeinated. Lots of activities to keep us occupied on the property (heated pool, sauna, hot tub) as well as nearby (kayak, walking/bike track, fishing in the lake etc. Would love to stay again.

Excellent Stay – Everything is Brand New! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house inside is very new, and everything inside is in excellent condition. All appliances, including the washing machine and fridge, worked perfectly. The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience!

Jake and Natasha were unequivocally, hands down the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. If I could, I would give 10 stars. Their property is on an island where it's boat access only. Jake was kind enough to pick up my friends and I on the day, and not just once but twice as a friend was arriving later. Jake showed us around hawkesbury, taking about the history and how the locals live. Honestly felt like we got a free tour guide! They were so gracious with their hospitality, like when we forgot a few items and they happily lent us anything required like a blender. They also gave us beers and drinks! Which goes very well after going into their well built sauna Fishing rods, crab pots and kayaks were supplied which enhanced the trip. The property was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy and the view is amazing! Do yourself a favour and book this place. You will not regret it! Thanks Jake and Natasha - hope to see you soon again!

The place was fabulous and convenient to get around. It was clean and big, which was good for a large group of adults!
