Kid-friendly vacation rentals in North Aegean Region

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

The house is high up by the castle and looks just as pictured. The balconies with views are great. Great with shutters, gets dark when sleeping. The property is upstairs of the house. Easy to park for free near the castle. We were 5 people so one slept in the dining room. Cute cats on the balcony. If you like staying in genuine homes, this is great.

The location of the house was very good. It was very clean. The house had most of what you could need. There was a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room that could be converted into a bed. (The sofa in the living room is sufficient for a short vacation but will not be used for a long time.) We had no problems communicating with the host Ioannis. He was very kind. If you are going to stay in Pythagorion, this house will make you happy. Thanks again.

It was a very nice village and we were a 15 sec walk from the village square. There were local restaurants. It was like a movie scene.

Excellent stay at Marios. Listing matches reality well. Marios is very responsive, the welcome is full of attention, those that bring a big plus to the stay (full fridge, bread, fruit,bottle of water etc.). In addition, Marios recommends good places to go. You just don't have to be surprised when you arrive, the descent is impressive but it does! In conclusion, a nice place.

Ioanna's house was super clean, comfortable for 2 people, and had everything in it. Very close to the central square and the market of Karlovasi. The hostess was very friendly, always willing to answer our questions, and very kind. I highly recommend it.

A family I will not forget their friendly faces and sincerity. They made us feel like they were visiting a family close to us. The surprise treats also added pleasure to our day. The comfort and view that allowed us to start energetically was perfect. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Eleanora's. The location and terrace of the house are amazing! A huge pleasure to go swimming just before breakfast. Thoughtful and warm welcome. Good tips were given to us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this rental.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

Wonderful stay, Yiannis is a kind and insightful man, loved our time here. I thought the place looked much nicer than the pictures made it appear.

Αργιεττα treated us like family, she is so nice and friendly and even offered to pick us up from the ferry port. She also had cold water and snacks for us when we arrived. Her apartment is even better in person as compared to the pictures, very private, spacious and spotless. It is located close to all the shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and right near the port. You can walk everywhere since everything is so close. The apartment is much better and roomier than a hotel room and we would definitely stay here again once we return to Chios in the future. Thank you so much for everything.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent… That was the third time we trusted Bill and John’s properties for our vacation, somehow they’ve managed to have the best places in the best locations! I have only good things to say but if I have to point something out is that all the properties are perfectly designed to the detail. We got so many ideas from them for our home :) we’ve been to Skiathos, Aegina and Tinos and still don’t know which one I liked more. Good job 👏

The house is more beautiful than the photos. It is comfortable, spotless with beautiful furniture and all electrical appliances in excellent condition. But the best part of all is the host's hospitality. Thank you.

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. The amenities of the house were also good for the price. There was parking available around it. Eleni is friendly and her needs were clear. Thank you so much

We were two couples, we found a large and clean apartment, fully equipped, with two comfortable bedrooms. We didn't miss anything. We enjoyed the huge terrace, every morning we had breakfast overlooking the adjacent archaeological site. Easy parking in front of or next to the house. The location is excellent, between the Riha Nera for a relaxed swim and beach bar, and Romeiko Gialos for a walk, food, drink, ice cream and views of the Castle. All within two - three minutes walking distance. Nearby there is a market, bakery, kiosk, everything you need. Very good value for money, friendly and direct communication hosts. The building at first glance is not so well cared for, but that didn't affect us at all, we had an amazing stay.

He was a very polite host. She was very welcoming. The location of the house was very good. Being close to Molivos and Petra was a great advantage for us. The pool was convenient and clean. Thank you for the 2 soaps she left us on the last day. The renovation of the bathroom could be more advantageous for the host.

Amazing accommodation with a very good shared pool, bbq area and amazing views. 15 mins from Tinos, but for that you get good access to the North side of the island and so a great base for touring Tinos 👍👍👍

A lovely place to stay in Samos. So central but also peaceful. An amazing view from the balcony. We were so happy to spend time there. Efcharis was a great host, friendly, welcoming and communicative.

We have stayed in Lanas apartment before and have had great stays on both occasions. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. Lana is great at communicating and Jasmine went extra lengths to help us. Be aware that the road to the apartment is quite steep and paved with cobble stones, so getting luggage there is a bit of a task if your not traveling light. Fully recommended!

An amazing stay - glorious apartment right on a lovely beach front. Everyone was lovely and super helpful (even offering to do our washing). Right next to a lovely restaurant and a short drive to Cambos which is a bit busier and has some bars. Beach was perfect and great to take out the kayaks as well
