Vacation rentals with a fireplace in North Adelaide

Tom and Petra’s home is absolutely stunning! From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. The space is incredibly generous, with massive rooms, super comfy beds, and a spacious living and dining area—perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends. We especially loved the interactive speaker system and, of course, the amazing pool! It’s an ideal stay for a large group, and having the option of a third bathroom in the Pilates studio was a fantastic bonus. Tom and Petra were wonderful hosts—communicative, helpful, and always responsive. The only thing to note for future guests is that while there isn’t a sofa lounge for a 7th guest, there is a spare mattress available. That said, this place is a solid 10/10, and we’d absolutely stay again!

A delightful, quiet place to stay in inner Adelaide. The photos on the website do not do it justice. It’s spacious and spotless and beautifully furnished, with a well-appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. The back garden is full of fruit and vegetables and the table under the back verandah is a perfect place for that glass of wine on a summer evening. Parking on the street is no problem. We appreciated Liz’s clear instructions and quick responses. It would be a pleasure to stay here again.

This was the second time we stayed at Michelle’s home. We come to Adelaide for work & it’s now our home away from home. So comfortable and located right by the National Park with some phenomenal walks on your doorstep. The banana boogie bakery nearby is 🔥🔥🔥

Megan was a fantastic host and her place was lovely to stay at. She provided everything that we would need for a holiday and more! We were so close to Henley Beach which made a fun activity for the kids every day. We could also walk to the cafe or restaurant! Definitely recommend!

Our family can highly recommend Charlie's BnB. We felt right at home from check in with the house so well equipped and welcoming. We have lots of special family memories with 3 generations enjoying time together. Thank you so much for everything Charlie.

This charming cottage was a highlight for our stay in Adelaide and I can not speak highly enough of David and Cas' friendly and responsive communication. A lovely surprise was the generous array of coffee, tea, cold drinks, chocolate and other pantry essentials for us to enjoy during the stay. The home is stylish, spotless and spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Cafes, cinemas and excellent varieties of eateries are within walking distance from the cottage and plenty of street parking for the car. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend this spectacular home highly enough.

Julie's place is the most fantastic place away from home. Such a great location - walking distance to everything. Julie is such a hospitable host providing loads of extra provisions making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful and spacious, excellent location. Some slight noise from neighbours and fans only in the bedroom but a lovely stay and great contact from the host.

Amazing Location. We absolutely loved our stay. Had plans to go to the wineries and into the city, but couldn’t leave. Literally walk across the one way street and you’re at the beach! A quick 5 minute walk to the local cafe every morning for an easy breakfast. Lots of amenities. We loved the paddle board and the outdoor shower. We did not use the pizza oven or bbq, but could imagine a beautiful night outside cooking after a long day at the beach. Also to note, the beach is super dog friendly.

Beautiful apartment, great location, spacious and had everything you need. The location was perfect, so close to beach, shops, cafes. Met the host Wendy and her husband Brian. Lovely hosts and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Lucy’s place was lovely. It had all the amenities we needed for a great stay and was very comfortable. The location was unbeatable ….right on the beach with a wonderful outdoor sitting area and very close proximity to restaurants, cafes and shop. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and the place had everything you could need including breakfast ingredients which is a very thoughtful touch. We had a rental car but didn’t need it while here as everything was in walking distance.

Holly is an exceptional host, she went above and beyond to take care of us during our 5night stay in the stunning Clay Rare Earth Retreat! It truly was a home away from home but with a touch of Italy, the villa is such a welcoming relaxing space, full of beautiful detail but most of all the prefect location to easily explore the wine region & coastline! We highly recommend... Enjoy! ...and the out door bath under the stars is next level!

An absolutely delightful experience for all the senses! Every corner is filled with treasures waiting to be discovered. The house exudes warmth and charm, inviting you to both celebrate and relax in perfect harmony.

My husband & I, plus another family, spent a week at Suzie's Villa & all had a fantastic stay. The house is really beautiful, super clean, exquisitely furnished, has every mod con, is walkable distance to eating places & a supermarket, is set next to a lovely vineyard with a view of the rolling hills behind, & we lacked for nothing. Suzie had even added lovely extra touches - port & chocs, biscuits, & plenty of basics like cereal, sauce, cooking oil, & coffee pods, etc etc. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, saucpans, frying pans, etc. Suzie has a flair for interior design & the Villa was truly a home-away-from-home, and our group loved every minute of the luxury & beauty there. Also, Suzie was helpful & prompt in communications & gave some great suggestions & ideas of things to do, & where to access a hot air balloon ride & the Gorge Wildlife Park (both big highlights for us!). One of the very best Airbnbs we've stayed in, over many years. Thank you Suzie!!

My husband and I come to Adelaide each Christmas break to spend time with family and we have stayed in a variety of accommodation- everything from inner city hotels to cottages, but this property has to be the all time favourite. The views were incredible and the hosts had clearly put a lot of thought into the amenities provided to make their guests stay comfortable and enjoyable- from toiletries to kitchen items, it was all sorted, along with a lovely welcome hamper. Highly recommended this property for a getaway any time during the year!

We stayed in the property for the week as we were visiting for the Tour Down Under. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The Beautiful Barossa made even better by our staying at this traditional heritage house that made us feel at home. We selected Veritas Retreat firstly because it was within walking distance of an event we were attending at Peter Lehmaann Winery and also close to other wineries , we were able to relax. enjoy a wine and unwind. The house is as described , a historic home that made us feel comfortable with everything you needed provided. Tasty Barossa bacon and sausages and eggs from our hosts chickens, [thank you ladies] made a great start to each day having woken to the sound of kookaburras. A glass of wine provided for us and some we brought made a perfect ending to our day. We have stayed in many B&B's around Australia, all have been great experiences but we really were saddened to have to leave Veritas Retreat, the stay had been so good, so relaxing, so private but with everything at hand. I especially enjoyed reading about the history of the house and the Binder Winery.
