We had a lovely weekend, the accommodation is very spacious, clean, well-equipped and right in the center of Caen, and the parking spot is very useful. Garry was very responsive when needed and did everything he could to make sure we had a good stay.

Clean and welcoming space. We were 4 friends present for the Deauville Marathon. Small alert plus for the following marathoners: the race passes in front of the residence, impossible to go out to get to the departure by car. So plan to leave early or plan a 4km warm-up☺️. Nothing to say about the quality of the accommodation. I would recommend it without hesitating

Already several rentals in this apartment, always impeccable. All Caroline's instructions are very clear and access to the accommodation is very easy. The location is excellent, close to bars and restaurants at the marina. I would recommend it!

Very well located and very clean! It is as described, I recommend it:) Celine was very accommodating for the key exchange and responsive! Small downside on the temperature inside the accommodation which remains a little cold in winter despite the radiator, otherwise everything is perfect:)

The property is great - amazing location right on the beachfront with restaurants and lilo park for kids within a quarter mile walk if the house. Simply heavenly.

I enjoyed staying in Valerie and Frédéric's place, comfortable, functional and very clean. The accommodation is very well located, close to shops and by car from downtown Rouen and main roads. I'll probably be back for a future stay!

the place was well arranged and very functional it was nice to stay there. It feels like home. The fridge and cupboards were filled with something to help us out (eggs, butter, orange juice, rice...) Be careful, this is what is considered "breakfast" (maybe its only defect if there should be one) The owners are very responsive to our feedback, warm and concerned about our home. If we have a chance, we will come back

I was very well received by Nathalie who helped me with my luggage. The apartment was nice apart from a little noise because of the neighbors and the bed squeaks but otherwise nothing to complain about. Very good communication with Madalen

We only had one night where everything was spotless. A well appointed, clean studio, a green and quiet environment that makes you want to come back again. Feel free to go there, you won't be disappointed.

In ❤️ Normandy, we came across a heart-built accommodation that made us feel the French flair from the first second. You will meet a very loving characteristic furnished accommodation, with everything you need. What can be particularly highlighted, we were here with eight people and we never stepped on our feet. Everywhere you can find small storage options to make the accommodation for yourself during the holiday. For shared evenings, or even bad weather, there are plenty of games❤️ and in the entrance area there is the foosball, ping pong table and darts. Bertrand is a wonderful host who showed a lot of commitment with his ideas, tips🐐, walks with his goats, or crab fishing in the mudflats. He was quickly available for any question and concern. So, last but not least, the pool, which was always preheated to a pleasant temperature. A spot of earth to relax ❤

Very beautiful house located in a nice location. Close to Cabourg and other nice cities to visit. Lots of leisure and occupancy available.

very nice stay spent in Sandrine's house. very nice location, quiet. very nice house. the master bedroom with its bathroom and its small outdoor terrace on the roof is very pleasant. the sea of Petit Caux is superb with the cliffs and quiet. Petit caux is a very nice link. I recommend this very well-equipped rental. Sandrine was very available by phone. earlier check-in and checkout later than in some rentals so really good.

Superb very nice house 20 minutes walk from the center of Deauville. Well appointed kitchen, spacious living and dining room, 5 bedrooms with bathroom. A dreamy weekend we won't forget.

Very well furnished townhouse. Claire, well heated on the ground floor, lots of children's play areas (indoor and outdoor), nice billiards room for parents, nice and friendly kitchen. In summer the house has a small garden with everything you need to relax . Great! Special mention for the tea /coffee machine similar to that of the hotel chains. Very convenient!

Cute home. A little difficult to find, but we are not familiar with the area and roads so it was mostly our doing. Very welcoming and quick to respond to messages.
