I enjoyed my stay, the place has a beautiful view, the rooftop pool was amazing, restaurants, massages, Live music and beaches all within walking distance. Host is friendly and responsive, very much appreciated. Would certainly stay again if back in Pattaya.

Phailin was communicating with us prior from our departure from Bangkok till we arrived which was 1 hour early. The room was ready and she green lighted us to check in early. Some cold water in the fridge and some small snacks just made it clear that she was an extraordinary host. The Edge is so conveniently located to the heart of Pattaya and only minutes walk away from Central Pattaya. Air conditioning was 10 out of 10. And so was everything else. Guests must go up to the 30th floor to enjoy the great gym and then walk up to the 31st floor to admire the great views plus the swimming pool. Definitely will recommend to friends as well as will return in the future.

Possibly one of the better equipped condo units that I’ve stayed.

Really nice apartment, close to many attractions in Pattaya. The view is fantastic from the rooftop, that has a gym and pools. The location is very desirable and one needs to go past security post and need to have an access card to the building to get into any of the floors and only my floor and the community floors were available with the key card. No one without an access card can get into your specific floor, provided for good security. A couple of things to keep in mind, the entire building seems to be very short term rentals, so there is a lot of moving in/out of the building at all times. Also, at times it can take 8-10 minutes to get down to the lobby due to the lack of availability of elevators or being too full, especially at the higher floors. I would stay here again, no question.

Very good experience, I will continue to choose this place when I have the opportunity to travel to Thailand in the future, and I will also introduce it to my friends.

Fantastic place to stay at, everything is as described in the description perfectly. Host is superb, very helpful and easy to communicate with. Only thing I could wish for, is a more comfortable and softer sofa, but at this price I can't complain at all. Even has a work desk for me to work on my laptop 😊

Very good listing for family or friends vacay; nice pool with a slide and layout is different than usual villa. 3 bedrooms are spacious. Eddie was very responsive if we needed anything. Would like to stay again ✨✨

Wonderful apartment with a really nice sea view! The apartment itself is cozy and pleasant, fully equipped, perfect value for money. The hosts were also friendly and responsive, promptly answered questions. The neighborhood is perfect in terms of transport, sea, entertainment, food, everything is nearby! I want to come back here again!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. she was a great host. she was very helpful and responsive. I wanted a vacuum cleaner for place and she got me in 2 days. it's good apartment for 2 people. nice view and good location. hopefully I will comeback again .

The place and communication was very good. The apartment looked like the pictures and was very clean. Very noteworthy is the pool on the 31st floor, with special views over Pattaya.

I booked the apartments for my parents’ holiday and here is what they reported: Nice , spacious apartment, snow-white linen and towels, good mattresses. There is everything you need for both short and long stays. There is a filter for drinking water - it is very convenient. Nearby there is a small swimming pool on the terrace, where it is pleasant to meet the sunrise and watch the sunset. The sea is a 10-minute walk away , in front of the house there are cafes , shops and pharmacies nearby . I recommend it and will definitely stay here.
