Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Nong Kwai

Johan has a very nice apartment. It was clean and quiet. The bed and other furniture were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water and the internet speed was good. The appliances all worked. Johan was very fast to respond to any questions. He was amazing. Even though he had to go to the hospital, he checked in with us to make sure that we were happy. He even ordered some things to be delivered. The pictures show a bare apartment but Johan has stocked the kitchen with cooking and eating utensils. The apartment is actually decorated. It is down the street from a shopping mall and a big grocery store. There are many restaurants on that street. All of the tourist attractions are an inexpensive tuk tuk ride away (100฿, 2.86€, $2.97). A huge night market is just a 5-10 minute walk down the street. We definitely recommend this apartment for short or long term stays.

Our stay was great. It's a 5 min walk to Central Festival Mall. It's a safe building that has a free shuttle to and from the mall if you dont want to walk. It was very easy to get rides into the city. The washer and full kitchen were very nice and convenient. I recommend this place.

Quite a cozy apartment, it is small but very smartly furnished, everything was clean and tidy, it's easy to find the complex itself, there are a lot of greenery on the territory of the house and birds singing, as if you live in a park. The shopping center is literally a 5-minute walk away, ideally having your own transport, there is parking on the territory. I recommend it.

Overall loved staying in Hua’s flat - its great value for money, well located and the building amenities are really great. The flat was overall really comfortable and we would’ve loved to have stayed longer. The only improvements could’ve been more detail about how to check in and out, as well as more pillows and a comfier mattress but overall really good value and we loved our stay.

I had a great stay at The One Chiang Mai Condo. The apartment was clean & cozy & thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The balcony offered a fantastic view of the beautiful swimming pool, both during the day and night. The location was convenient, the host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

It was a great stay. The location is as prime as it gets. The Airbnb was really comfortable, clean and hygienic. Privacy in both rooms. Great restaurants and massage centres in the same lane. One nimman which is a hub for restaurants, festivals, craft shopping etc. is just a 4 minute walk. Tonnes of 24x7 around the corner. You will head loud music from places around till 1.30 am in the morning. But wouldn’t be loud to disturb your sleep. + they have kept ear plugs in each room so you should be good. The loud music is coming from a place called Porjai, which is a must visit local bar of you want to party w the locals, with their local music. Place is always buzzing. Sticky waterfall is a 40 minute drive. Doi kham for sunset - 15 minute drive. Doi suthep for sunrise - 50 minute drive uphill. Wat Pha lat 20 min drive on way back from doi suthep to air bnb. Chiang Rao - 2.5 hours drive. There’s Ray hostel in the same lane, which can arrange all pick ups and day trips for everything around.

Great place to stay, host was very nice and even helped us out with a special bday request. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Pool area was a bit uncomfortable with all of the rules. We could not even bring unopened water on a very hot day. Not the host’s problem at all, just something to note if that’s what you’re looking forward to.

The building is very well maintained and secure, well-equipped with all the little things you need to live, and the host is very responsive for your convenience. As of January 2025, the noise from the construction site across the street made my life a little uncomfortable, but it looks like a problem that will be resolved when the construction is finished.

The location is really nice. It's just a short walk to Maya Mall, and it was so nice to be able to go directly into Nimmanhaemin Alley as a shortcut. I also liked that the gate was safely controlled. The host was responsive and always took appropriate action. Apart from the bed trim being so off and the overall lighting being a little dark, I was very satisfied, so I definitely want to stay again next time.

Room was clean and great. We loved it here. Pool was also amazing, the view is beautiful. Also she is so lovely and nice. Thank you for everything.

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

It is a little way from the ancient city, but the environment here is great, the public facilities pool, gym are all unexpectedly satisfied😊😊 The room is clean and tidy, and the room price is very good! The host was very nice and quick communication👍

Por was very responsive and helpful. The overall experience from checking in to the actual accommodation was excellent, no problems at all. Very clean and neat home, would highly recommend.

Great value for money, great location, as described

our second time at kitty yanees apartment and everything thing was 5 star for us great location, super easy check in, all the staff at the place are happy and friendly.. the apartment was cosy with everything you need for long stays. good WiFi..super comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen on site there is a good gym and pool...what more can you ask for kitty is a fantastic host and works hard to make your stay memorable and ours was thank you so much

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

Needed help and something went wrong, the owner responded quickly. The homestay is located in a middle shaped house, the environment is very quiet and the interior of the homestay is very quiet, the kitchen is large, fully equipped, the bathroom is clean and there is not enough hot water, and the heat is only slightly warm.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

We stayed here for 22 days, it was a very pleasant experience. On the day of our stay, Bill was warmly greeted, let us have the feeling of going home, the space is very spacious and comfortable, the space is very spacious and comfortable, it is full of artistic atmosphere, I can't help but imagine that the host must be an artist, and the cleaning is clean and tidy. My husband, our friends, and I had an amazing stay at this villa! The pool was fantastic—we spent hours swimming and relaxing. The quiet surroundings made it the perfect retreat, and the whole place was spotless, which we really appreciated. We also loved the huge TV for movie nights and had so much fun with the tabletop games provided. The house was beautifully maintained, and the host was super helpful. Definitely recommend this villa for a relaxing and fun getaway!

Had such a wonderful stay in Chiang Mai at Laddawan's house! A clean space with a beautiful homey scent to retreat to after the day's adventures. Located a little ways from the bustling Old City, in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of big houses and open spaces. Loved watching the local cats wandering through our garden. Laddawan was very accommodating and helped us out on several occasions, including in retrieving a lost wallet from a Thai Grab driver. Would definitely recommend! I know we'll be going back to stay with her again for our next Chiang Mai trip :)
