Cosy House in Peaceful Lake District

Stay in a house with a story: in early years it was used as the South African Railways bus stop and goods house (between Johannesburg and Swaziland) and was occupied by the station master. It was later renovated and stylishly furnished. The house accommodates six, comprising of two double bedrooms and a twin room with two separate bathrooms and also a living room with a fire place, a fully equipped kitchen and outside braai area. Kiepersol cottage is an ideal weekend breakaway located on a working farm amidst hay fields, sheep, cattle & horses. We offer horse trail riding and there are marked hiking trails that extend to neighbouring farms. There are two dams which are stocked with carp & some bass which can be caught on a catch and release basis. We are off grid and run on solar power.
