Vacation rentals with a pool in Ninderry

Beautiful home and quite close to various beaches in and around Noosa. Easy to get to and Jason was very informative on what we needed to get in and any other questions we had. An easy checkout as well. Definitely recommend this place if you're staying in Noosa and have a big group.

great house close to all the action of Noosa and Noosa River Foreshore. The house is great and comes with everything a travelling family could ever need. Kerriann's communication and check-in instructions were very clear and always responsive. Highly recommended.

Beach house on breakers is an incredible house, beautifully decorated and spacious for a big group. The house had everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area were very nice and relaxing , we spent a lot of time out there. We loved being able to take our dog with us. Lacey was an amazing host and we couldn’t recommend this property more.

David’s place is in a very quiet neighbourhood which is perfect for relaxing. The pool is a good size and his house has everything you could need for a getaway including a full kitchen and a proper coffee machine for a great cup in the morning. David is a courteous host and would recommend to everyone

Our stay at The Palm & Pool House - Stylish Coastal Getaway in Mooloolaba was absolutely divine—exactly how I pictured it! 🥰 The house was spotless, beautifully stylish, and had such a welcoming vibe. The entry instructions seemed a bit complicated at first glance, but they were spot on and so easy to follow in practice—no stress at all! We had the best time soaking in the relaxing coastal atmosphere, and the cherry on top was the surprise cheese platter Robyn left for us in the fridge—such a thoughtful and delicious touch! 🧀 Everything about our stay was just perfect. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back! 😊

Cannot recommend this gorgeous apartment enough - photos do not do it justice! Hugely spacious and light with gorgeous decor in every room. It felt like staying in a fancy hotel. Great location - 10 min walk to Main Beach/Hastings St, and the host Lisa was extremely helpful and kind in offering us an early check in. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends! Very spacious 2-bedroom, with welcomed modern updates. Enjoyed spending time on the main deck taking in the views & surroundings. 2 full bathrooms is also a huge plus. Air conditioning works really well (and is quiet). Suzy & Meg are excellent communicators, always responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Well situated atop Noosa Hill, conveniently located between Main Beach / Hastings St zone and the Junction (providing access to restaurants & shops etc.). Overall, we really enjoyed our 10-day stay there.

A really great apartment with all that you need and more. The pantry was very well stocked, lots of cooking utensils. Lovely decor and big comfortable beds. We stayed during Alfred and there was constant communication and guidance, they even dropped off torches and candles, just in case. The only negative was that the sauna was out of action. Hopefully, that gets fixed soon.

Kim & Tim were very responsive and helpful hosts. The apartment was great and had amazing amenities. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

Our stay was one of the most enjoyable one we have had. The apartment was so spacious and had everything one could wish for. The rooftop pool was fabulous and 360 degree views of the ocean were mesmerizing. Theresa was such a responsive host providing us with great local info.

Everything was perfect expect unfortunately the lifts were broken for the 3 days we stayed. Was a bit difficult bringing up bags, and exiting the underground car park as you had to go back through the gates. Other than that everything was great!!! 5 ⭐️

Thankyou Melissa for a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect, it smelt amazing, it was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The view of the beach was so lovely and relaxing, being able to hear the waves from our rooms. Great communication and responsiveness. I would love to come back in the future!

My 3 friends and I had an amazing stay at Mel & Babsie’s apartment. The views were stunning especially at sunset, and the location was perfect—only a 2 min drive to Hastings St. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We were able to cook many breakfasts and dinners at home with the well equipped kitchen. Also the beach umbrella was put to good use! Couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay for our first time in Noosa! Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time and Noosa is a great place to visit so much to do. The house is in a beautiful setting and quiet neighborhood. Lots of lovely shops and places to eat and a short walk to the beach - it has it all. We were a mixed bunch staying here and it suited all our needs. We would definitely stay here again. Communication was fab

Amazing family house with amazing hosts. Pool was perfect for afternoon swims, kitchen was super easy to cook in and the Guinea pigs were a highlight for our girls. Close to lots of beaches and shops.

We had the perfect stay at Mary’s house. The house is absolutely stunning, with amazing ocean views from every room and beautiful furnishings and paintings. We loved watching the birds from the pool and choosing which room to relax in. We had a few friends stay two of the nights and with so much space and privacy for everyone, it was perfect. A highlight was having nibbles and drinks on the rooftop as the sun went down each night. Amazing. Thank you to Mary for being so helpful and responsive and completely stocking the place with food and wine and chocolate. What a treat.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home. Exactly as described and as the photos show. Superbly stocked pantry with day to day items which was super useful. Very responsive and clear communications. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful week at Noelle’s place. The house exceeded our expectations in every way and we could have happily stayed for much much longer! We loved how dog friendly the house and yard was and at the same time the house being immaculately clean and comfortable. It’s the most comfortable place I think we’ve ever stayed in. Noelle allowed early check in without us even asking which was a good wonderful start to our holiday. Last but not least the pool was devine!
