Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nin

I don’t think words can do justice to our experience at Senka and David’s place. The apartment was stunning - you can really tell that the owners care about their guests very much because the apartment is amazingly well equipped and absolutely spotless clean. The proximity to the beach was also perfect. But the best part about our stay was Senka ❤️ She was so attentive, making sure we had everything we needed, she offered recommendations for places to visit/eat at and even brought us some homemade Dalmatian food to try. We really couldn’t be more grateful for such a wonderful stay and for dear Senka who made our stay even more special. We will definitely be back!

We spent an amazing few days at Renata’s apartment. Her mother welcomed us and gave us the keys, she’s the loveliest lady ever. The location of the apartment is excellent, the supermarket and the beach is only a few minutes walk away. The apartment is even better in person than in pictures. We couldn’t recommend staying here more. Thank you for having us:)

We spent 10 nights at Mirjana's accommodation. Helpful host. If we had a problem, he solved it. (a shower rose had to be replaced) The turn onto the main road is a bit difficult, there is a lot of traffic. But it's not the host's fault. I recommend it to everyone. Thank you for your time there.

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! nina's apartment is a few minutes away from the sea, convenient to the amenities, very clean. Nina and her mom were always ready to help or advice if needed. Recommended!

Lovely apartment for your stay in Zadar. Much bigger than it looks. Convenient if you have a car as very good parking options on site. Petra is very helpful. Apartment was very warm thankfully as it's winter outside. Don't hesitate to book and stay at this place

Beautiful and very clean appartment. The host is very nice and always willing to help you. Our little boy had his own babybed with some very cute stuffed animals. Kitchen and bathroom extremely clean with coffee machine (coffee included) and some homemade marmelade and wine. Bathroom looks like new and includes washing machine. The area around the house is quiet and safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

Easy and straightforward communication even before arrival. Easy and comfortable check-in, super friendly homeowners (Franko as well as his wife Andrea), great location with a wonderful view. The apartment was very clean and we had a really great time there. Highly recommended and also on our part happy to come back for the next Zadar visit!

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Meri's apartment is a great choice for staying in Zadar! The apartment is located in a family house, so we felt very welcome, and the atmosphere was friendly. :) The apartment description is accurate; we had everything we needed, and everything was clean. You can easily park in a private space right in front of the house, and the grocery store is located within a short walkable distance. Communication with Meri was perfect, and there was no problem. I highly recommend this place. :)

Suzy’s place is lovely, warm, and cozy. They provided clear and precise check in instructions making the whole process smooth and easy :) The dedicated parking garage was very convenient located just right beside the elevator to the apartment. The apartment location is super close to the old town attractions at People’s Square. Thank you Suzy and Luciano for their wonderful apartment! ☺️

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and well equipped apartment. Large outdoor area with fantastic views, which is mostly in the shade thanks to the Mediterranean orchard. 5 minutes from the nearest swimming spot and short drive to many beautiful beaches.

... Great condition, host very nice, clean and modernly furnished. What 👍🏻 is, washer and dryer are available. Below on the street about 100m from the Lidl is a good bakery . Tip: for the advertised trip to the islands, be careful, costs 50-60€ per person, on the so-called beautiful small island the tourists put their hand in hand.

Martin was always extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we asked for recommendations or didn't know something, he took the time to explain everything to us in detail with pictures and precise instructions. The apartment was in excellent condition - everything was clean and hygienic. The location was ideal, only a short 10-15 minute drive separated us from the charming old town of Zadar. The terrace was a little narrower than expected, so breakfast there was a bit of a squeeze, but the wide-opening French doors meant we could also enjoy the view from the comfort of the living room. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, so we didn't want for anything. There was plenty of parking space in front of the house so that several cars could be parked without any problems. Overall, we were very satisfied and can highly recommend the accommodation for exploring Zadar and the surrounding area.

This place is exactly what you are looking for when you go to Croatia. Close to the beach, bakery, restaurant, and at the same time no hustle and bustle. Your host is very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. High-quality apartments make an even better impression in person than in the photos. I think I'll be back in the next few years!

The place was like the pictures and for the price it was very good. Marko and wife are very nice and the guests who are at his place. Close to Bristak beach, which was clean and newly renovated on a 10-minute walk but on a dirt road. Not far on asphalt that 5 minutes longer. The road is close but there is a charge for parking by the Beach at least 10 spaces
