Vacation rentals in Niijima

we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The second floor is large and cozy with plenty of room and we used the grill on the covered balcony. It’s a nice neighborhood just up the road from Kisami beach. Thank you!

Our new favorite spot in Sotoura Bay! The house was spacious and perfectly clean, with all the right amenities. Kitchen tools and utensils were plentiful and clean. It was just the three of us, but I could tell the facilities can handle meals for much larger families/groups. The new aircon units were nice given how hot it's been. You could also tell a lot of work went into renovating the building, making it airy and bright but preserving the original feel. I was particularly impressed by the nice bathroom, which was obviously updated with the latest heating system but maintained old tiles -- rather than converting it to the plastic-y "unit baths" seen everywhere else. The hosts were super helpful and kind. They even sent us a toy we'd left behind... We'll be back!

We had a great stay. Hosts were very helpful with recommendations and getting us cabs into town. The beach was perfect for our 3 kids and a very close walk from the house. They had lots of boogie boards and surf boards available to rent. The Kitchen was well equipped and we loved they had multiple refrigerators since the space used to be a restaurant. The bedrooms were very good size for multiple people. Air conditioning worked great in the bedrooms and living room. We loved the huge deck for relaxing! Laundry was a bit difficult as there is no dryer. Places to hang dry your clothes were available. One down side to the house is there is no bathroom upstairs, and all the bedrooms were up stairs. I would Deffinetly recommend this great beach house! Thanks guys for a great time.

My husband and I had 3 great nights at Hill Top house. It was certainly dramatic excentuated by our arrival in the dark on the first night and waking in the morning to glorious sunshine and stunning views out to the Pacific, not to mention the monkey troop walking along the tree line behind the house. The house is as described and is a modernist gem. We would not hesitate to stay again. We only wished we had booked it for longer.

I came to Shimoda, which I love because I was able to take a break for the spring break of elementary school children. Sitting at the balcony table, the ocean in front of me and the starry sky was very healing. The kitchen utensils and dishes were fully equipped, and it was helpful to be able to cook my own meals without stress.Thank you very much.

The response was good, the host was very pleasant, and we enjoyed the barbecue and sauna. I'd love to stay again in a large group.

We were pleasantly surprised with how big and clean the place is, there is a family mart and seaside very near by. Shimoda town is also nearby. It was easy to find. All amenities are complete and clean. Will definitely come back

It was a very beautiful accommodation environment. There were many supplies, and I had no trouble going empty-handed. It was perfect for a quiet stay. We'd love to stay again if we get the chance.
