Vacation rentals in Niijima

we really enjoyed our stay at the house. The second floor is large and cozy with plenty of room and we used the grill on the covered balcony. It’s a nice neighborhood just up the road from Kisami beach. Thank you!

Our new favorite spot in Sotoura Bay! The house was spacious and perfectly clean, with all the right amenities. Kitchen tools and utensils were plentiful and clean. It was just the three of us, but I could tell the facilities can handle meals for much larger families/groups. The new aircon units were nice given how hot it's been. You could also tell a lot of work went into renovating the building, making it airy and bright but preserving the original feel. I was particularly impressed by the nice bathroom, which was obviously updated with the latest heating system but maintained old tiles -- rather than converting it to the plastic-y "unit baths" seen everywhere else. The hosts were super helpful and kind. They even sent us a toy we'd left behind... We'll be back!

I have stayed several times. There are few private houses around, so you won't be a nuisance even if you enjoy it until midnight. There are several rooms, but it is spacious and clean, so it is comfortable.

The ocean is really right in front of you.The room is full of cleanliness Stayed like a home away from home for five days.While I was cooking lunch, I enjoyed watching the children. The view of Irita Beach from this room is the best!

The bbq fire was also readily available, and the manager was very kind!Thank you for this stay!

My husband and I and our 1 year old golden retriever really enjoyed our stay here! It felt like a private beach and the views from our room were amazing. The host was so friendly and helpful and even gave us a photo of our dog on the beach as a gift. Our dog loved it and it was nice to be able to let her roam around with us and run on the beach! I would love to go back!

The response was good, the host was very pleasant, and we enjoyed the barbecue and sauna. I'd love to stay again in a large group.

The beach is right there, you can see the sea even if you are sitting in the dining room, the stars are beautiful, the location was great!It was a family trip for three generations, but I would like to come back again. There is no microwave, so I thought that if you have small children, you need to be creative with your belongings.
