Vacation rentals with a home theatre in Ngũ Hành Sơn

great apt and very clean and spacious. grabs were a little inconvenient to order since usually went to the gate but not a huge deal. not much around however. gym was difficult to find and figure out. requires payment according to host.

Our group of 5 loved our stay here! Minh is an incredibly responsive host and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were happy when we had some issues during our stay. The pool is lovely and the house is located in a nice neighborhood with several convenience marts and coffee shops close by. Two things to note, however: the amenities listed on Airbnb did not match what was actually in the house. There is no lake access, and most importantly no elevator. For our group, we were fine without an elevator, but we were certainly expecting one and it would be an issue for anyone with accessibility concerns. Also, be aware that the house is four floors. The fourth floor is entirely open roof space, with an open stairwell to the third floor. While there are AC units in every room, so temperature isn't a concern, humidity can be and there is also relatively easy access for bugs to get in the house. Again, wasn't a big issue for us but would be in the warmer months.

This has been the best place to stay so far. It was a nicer accommodation than what I saw in the photos. I want to visit Da Nang because of this accommodation. If you don't want to leave this review, you'll be worried that it will be difficult to book in the future. The host's response was good, and the swimming pool on the first floor was the best.

Takeshi’s place is wonderful. It’s comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood while still close to good shops, restaurants and the beach. We had a wonderful time and would recommend Takeshi’s place for anyone staying in Da Nang.

Very cozy living rooms, very pleasant lighting, wonderful location: near the sea, cool area, lots of cafes. There is a wonderful view from the window! The only thing that confused me was the little ants and the smell of humidity (like mold). I don't lower my rating for this, but I would like to know in advance about such nuances
