very friendly host, very helpful and nice, always available, he has been kind to us all the way through and understanding, mentioned that if we need anything to let him know and that he would provide it for us, offered us to go out for food and get to see the place, try out different foods and see what the place is like in general, the house is very very beautiful and cozy, after we had to check out we wanted to come back and stay there some more time, will be coming back here on the next trip for sure :D

However, first-time visitors might find the apartment building challenging to locate, as it's tucked away in a quiet alley. Although check-in presented minor issues, Mr. Zacky's prompt responsiveness and exceptional hospitality swiftly resolved them. I'd definitely return!

I chose this apartment because it was in the city center and close to the purpose of my visit at UGM... Flexible check-in time and the host Bu Titik is very responsive and friendly... The apartment unit is very complete, clean and safe.. Comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms with very complete amenities, a kitchen with enough cooking utensils, a large wooden dining table, the AC in every room works well,TV with Netflix,refrigerator, washing machine,air fryer,microwave, apartment pool facilities can be used and clean..Children are very happy to stay in this apartment unit..

All the amenities work great. Fully stocked kitchen utensils. There is a cobek so you can make sambel ulek. Even though the apartment building feels like an old apartment but the apartment unit owned by ka mariana is very well maintained and clean.

Great place for a short stay to experience the city

We had a very good stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfectly equipped with everything we needed— a fully stocked kitchen, all the essentials for the bathroom, and even an extra table, making it super convenient. Nothing was missing! Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available and easy to reach. The location was great, with easy scooter access to all amenities and the best spots in Yogyakarta. The building itself has a swimming pool and gym, the access is included in the stay. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Yogyakarta!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. It is spacious and has a modern and inspiring ambience. Feels like a home, could definitely stay longer. The ACs work well, WiFi is good, there is free parking in the bottom floor. The host is very helpful too. I will stay there again if I come back to Jogja.
