This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. Please note: a positive host review needed to book. Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV & Apple TV box and kitchen nook with a sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and a quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available ($25 fee for use & notify host before)
