Mansion vacation rentals in Newport

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

The accommodations were absolutely perfect for our family arriving to attend our daughter’s wedding. The close proximity from TF Greene Airport was appreciated after their 5hr flight. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, good for walking and with a playground across the street for the children. The updated kitchen was perfect to host a dinner for our guests. We also rented the extra space, a 3rd floor apartment which also allowed for more privacy yet total access to the main home. This Victorian splendor had ample gathering spaces for everyone to socialize comfortably. Our family loved the front porch. We sat outside to enjoying the gorgeous New England weather, sipping a beverage, eating a snack (or meal) and socializing with each other. Our overall experience was perfect. It was fun to be within walking distance of the Universities of Brown and RISD. We couldn’t have chosen a better way to host our guests.

Elan and Jocelyn were great hosts. The house was great and had plenty of room for all of us. It was so nice to walk in and have fresh flowers waiting for us. They were incredibly responsive to any questions we had!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was spotless and beautifully maintained. The open-concept layout made it perfect for entertaining while cooking dinner for guests. It felt spacious, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable stress-free stay, especially with children!

Awesome space. Great to have both units if you have a larger group. Zelda’s was pretty centrally located to everything, plus having the bar downstairs was great for a night cap. Great hosts and communicators when we needed something. Would highly recommend this property and stay at their property again.

Extremely beautiful location in Point Judith! We had a great family trip with more than enough space for our family. Gregg was very helpful with recommendations and responsive to any questions. The house was very beautiful with lots of light and airy feeling.

This house is amazing. She thought of everything: electronic plugs everywhere, makeup mirrors in every room, lots of towels, lots of toilet paper, beach towels, beach chairs. Highly recommend!

Six of us came for our college reunion and were blown away by the amazing house. It was comfortable and charming. Enough room for solo time and communal time. Wonderful location and all the amenities.

A lovely, comfortable house full of cheerful details. Quiet, and close to the start of the Cliff Walk, Eastons Beach, shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed and uncluttered—a great place to gather. Would gladly stay again.

Kate's place was fabulous! It looks exactly as pictured and gorgeous and comfortable. It's a perfect place for a girls weekend. There were ten of us and sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly. The open space was a huge plus. We could all be together whether in the kitchen or living room. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. The house is very close to Newport and everything it has to offer. We are talking about rebooking there next year. Lastly, with a snow storm coming in, Kate gave us permission for a late check out if needed. As it turned out, we didn't need it because she made sure to arrange for us to be shoveled out.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The property was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and checking in to make sure everything was going well. The extra touches, like fresh towels and snacks, really made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Providence, RI. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely trip to Newport. Location of this house is perfect. Everything was clean and nice and super super easy communication. We forgot some small items and the hosts went above and beyond to mail them back to us.Great stay.

We had a lovely time at the house. The stay was in February, so we did not use the many out door facilities, but could imagine that we would have spend many hours just hanging out, dining and playing in the grounds. Inside, the rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The house was very generously equipped and the host exceptionally helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. It snowed heavily one night, but the host had arranged for the road to the house and driveway to be ploughed. The view is to die for. Overall - well recommended. I would like to return one summer.

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

Everything was great! Fridge was new!! Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was crystal clear and beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space for 10 women using a few air mattresses. Walk to beach. Not really. We dropped our stuff off at Kelly beach. And got and Uber back to the beach! That wasn’t so bad. Beach is really rocky but beautiful and full of shells. All and all we loved the yard and the open space. Very responsive. We had a broken chair was replaced the next day with 4 new ones. From a really nice macitence guy! Thank you

What a wonderful home and host. Check in was easy and flexible as we weren't sure when we'd arrive. We were greeted by all the fixings for stores and everything was well stocked. Main bedroom bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were clean as was the pool in the backyard. We had everything we needed and Tricia gave us great local recommendations for shopping, food and things to do. Would highly recommend if you're traveling to the area with a group/family.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

We stayed for New Year’s Eve so it’s during the winter.- no lake activities, but it’s a relaxing setting. I bet it’s wonderful during all the seasons. This was perfect for us as we just wanted a nice, big space to relax with friends. The house is so perfect for big groups with enough beds (very comfortable with clean linens, mattress pads and pillows). The decor was light and airy. Beautiful home. Enough tvs and 2 living areas as well as a big dining room, breakfast nook, little office space, a ping pong table…totally recommend! Thank you for sharing, Samantha!

Pier Escape is perfect! And the Host, Megan is fantastic. This home is so thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. You will have everything you need for your stay. It is located in the Pier area so you will be about a mile from the town beach and there are tons of shops and restaurants in between! Yet when you are at the home, it is so private! The backyard is wonderful for both day and night activities. Megan is truly a “super host” and provides her renters with a wonderful space to create memories. Thank you!

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.
