Great stay and host! We were grateful to be notified the unit was ready to check in early. Very comfortable, well-equipped condo with excellent ocean and lighthouse views! The space was relaxing and beautifully decorated with lots of nice amenities. The bed was super comfy and it was such a lovely treat to be welcomed by all of the natural light coming in from the living room windows. Rachel responded promptly and courteously to my questions. It was great being so close to the beach access point. Definitely a great place to unwind in Lincoln City!

Our family rented the 3 bedroom loft overlooking the property and ocean. We were gathering to mourn the loss of a beloved family member and the setting was the most beautiful, peaceful, and healing space we could have hoped for. Our beloved was a former commercial fisherman so being able to see the very expanse of ocean in which she had fished for dungeness frequently made this place very special. It was big and open and perfect enough to hold the enormous, oceans of love, that we and others who gathered with us, were there to share and express. Jana was a kind, patient, and gracious host, even as she had to redirect some of our friends and family to the proper door for our unit. This place, and its host, is the embodiment of kindess, love, peace, beauty, and healing.

Fabulous place! We loved everything about this Airbnb. The view is just breathtaking. The place is updated and very clean. You even get a discount at the souvenir shop downstairs for staying upstairs. It is such a perfect location. It’s walkable to so many fun things. We would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We felt so comfortable, with plenty of room to spread out for our group of 13! The neighborhood was very quiet, as we never heard any road noise from Hwy. 101 despite its close proximity. It was a short walk to the beach, but we still had a view of the ocean from the eating area and deck. Everyone in our group loved it, with plenty of things for the kids to do. We appreciated the active games and sand toys available for all. A very fun place to stay for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious, clean, and well stocked. Waking up to the view of the ocean was so beautiful and peaceful. The hot tub was a great bonus. Will definitely recommend this place and will book again in the future.

We had a great 2-night stay at Jason’s. Our doggo loved it as well! We were thankful that something this nice was within the perimeters of our plans.

This place exceeded my hopes and expectations. It’s a really unique configuration with essentially two adjacent places with a shared deck with a hot tub. It was perfect for my friend and I to enjoy some shared time but also be able to retreat to our private spaces. Each unit was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfy too. It’s a very short drive to the beaches and a short walk to restaurants. Overall just a gem that I highly recommend.

This home was beautiful, cozy, and inviting. Matthew was a communicative host and wanted to make sure we were happy in the home. We had an amazing 3 day weekend visiting our Coastie that’s stationed locally! This Air BnB was a wonderful space for a relaxing family get away. Lastly, the neighborhood was gorgeous!

This was our second stay in an Air B & B. Everything was so much more than we were expecting. The place was easy to find and offered private off street parking and easy access via a door code. The Farmhouse was a pleasant surprise for a beach community. The theme was consistent throughout the residence without being overpowering. Paul made several suggestions for places to eat, his recommendations were spot on and we had one of the best meals we have had in a long time. The space is wide open, fully furnished to include cookies upon arrival, a nicely stocked kitchen, emergency bathroom items, games and so much more. We hear the opportunity to visit with Paul on a couple of occasions and he was friendly and helpful in do many ways. We certainly will be staying here again if making plans to be in the area.

Our stay was so restful and yet fun. Cape Escape is so close to Pacific City that it was quick and easy to grab a coffee downtown, or go out for dinner at Pelican Brewing (which I recommend). It's also close to a number of beach entry points, which was great. Cape Escape was super clean and private. The beds were comfy, too. The kitchen is well equipped, and we were able to make our Thanksgiving dinner. And, having that fireplace/stove was wonderful and cozy during November when evening comes early. I'd definitely book here again.

My family and I had a relaxing stay here. the home is very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space for the 4 of us. we enjoyed the Keurig coffee and tea machine. And the fireplace kept us warm. It had a bit of a European feeling since we were above an Italian restaurant, and a few other retailers below. The beach is a 5 minute walk across the street and we could see the waves rolling in from the upstairs. There's a fun dining table that lights up from beneath when you walk by.

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I! It was our first time attending The Seafood and Wine Festival in the area and we wanted to make the most of our short stay. This condo was so cozy, neatly decorated and had all the amenities you would need for any length of stay. It was very family-friendly, with extra linens, bedding and bed options for any age. The views were spectacular and it was like a dream we didn't want to wake up from! There are also many food options within walking distance, beach access, plenty of exploring and shopping options and Uber even picked us up to venture farther with no problem. We highly recommend this location and the Host! We will definitely be back!!!

This ocean front home was beautiful and quiet! Our stay was booked last minute but LaDonna got back to us quickly and was very responsive during our stay. The house was comfortable and we loved that we could sit on the couch and watch the ocean.

This place was lovely! The ocean views are spectacular. It is conveniently located and easy to find. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The condo itself was clean and well organized. Whenever we needed something it was easy to find. As cooks, we enjoyed the kitchen and cookware was better than most rentals we've used. In all, we would definitely stay here again!

Tony was great couldn’t make it because of the weather, but it was for my birthday and it was very special and he ended up giving us an extra night. Can’t say enough about this place would definitely stay again .

I spent Christmas eve and day here with my adult kids and 2 dogs. Between rain showers, walks to the beach were fun for all. We enjoyed staying in the condo with all the amenities and rooms as described. Very clean and comfortable.

A wonderful stay at a great location! Gorgeous views of the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again if I find myself back in Newport.
