Waterfront vacation rentals in Newlyn

Lovely place to stay, amazing views and a cosy feel while still being nice and open, great views of the harbour, the road is nice and tucked away from the busy streets while the centre of the town is easily and quickly accessible with a co-op only a couple of minutes walk away. Great range of amenities and could easily be used to stay in for multiple weeks happily. We had told Vanessa about an issue with the Nintendo Wii and she had been round and put in a replacement one in less than 10 minutes. Great location, great accommodation and great service. Couldn't ask for any more we had a lovely weekend

I booked this for my brother and his family . They were utterly delighted with the place, it gave them loads of very comfortable space in a great location with fantastic views - only slightly offset by the scaffolding currently surrounding the building. Alex was exceedingly helpful and proactive with his messages of information and guidance on how to find the property, get in and make the most of their stay - I absolutely could not fault him at all. I would have no hesitation in booking this place again

With an easy stroll down to the town centre, garaged parking and everything needed for a relaxing stay including an outside space with amazing views across the water, this place is an absolute gem. Janet gave good instructions and was quick to respond, the place itself was very clean and comfortable and we really appreciated the added touches of milk in the fridge and fresh flowers in the rooms. The apartment aligns East / West so the morning sunrise comes right through the bedroom window. We benefited form those glorious Cornish sunrises and one delightful evening moon-rise.

Clear instructions, well equipped for what you need, host was very responsive. Noisy location but wasn’t a problem for us, right near the centre of town with lots to do.

First time here at Emma’s place and definitely won’t be the last,Emma’s instructions on getting to the apartment and gaining entry very clearly explained Emma has supplied a very well informative book with some very useful information from getting out and about to eating places etc Apartment was lovely and clean throughout with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay, a big thank you to Emma for the little extras ie- the goodies you left went down a treat, we didn’t have to worry about getting dishwasher tablets etc as all was supplied The apartment has the perfect view of St Michael’s Mount, we was lucky to have some amazing sunrises, passing traffic was not an issue to us and surprisingly the trains either , there’s the added bonus of a good secure parking space Thank you Emma for a lovely stay

Stone's Throw Cottage is spacious and very clean. The rooms are bright and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, with even a dish washer and washing machine. Our group consisted of three stressed adults who needed a quiet place to relax for a long weekend. This cottage fitted the bill perfectly as we had a bedroom each and could go to bed/get up when we needed to. Certainly, manoeuvring a large car in and out of the courtyard could be tricky but as we had a Honda Jazz, we managed! Katie is a very helpful and pleasant hostess. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and hope to return for a longer holiday later in the year.

My family and I had the fortune to stay at Gordon's house during half term break and from the moment we stepped inside, we felt right at home. The views; well what can I say? The house is surrounded by stunning sea views and it was so calming to fall asleep at night with the sound of the waves and to wake up each morning with the sunrise and the sea in front of us. The views were so stunning that I insisted on our daily excursions ended promptly at 4pm so I could spend an hour sat on the sofa with a glass of wine in hand, staring out to sea before the sun set. The house itself is beautiful and so tastefully decorated. It made me want to buy lots of art and improve my own home! We lit the gas fire every evening which was easy to use and created a gorgeous atmosphere while we relaxed with a meal or the kids watched TV. Oh and what a shower! For rest and relaxation, this home will not disappoint.

Thanks Steph! Your place is fantastic and helped make our break relaxing after some hectic days exploring Cornwall. The house was used as a base for our family of four and had so much space for all - and then some! The house was spotless and very comfortable. We loved dealing with the friendly staff in local shops and pubs - everyone was so welcoming. Oh and check out the local bakery opposite the pub for breakfast pastries - sooo good :) All in all a fab place to stay and a very responsive host who was just great. Thank you again Steph and hopefully we will visit again in future.

What an amazing place to stay! We’ve had some lovely Airbnb holidays in Cornwall and this tops them all. Carry and Zak are terrific hosts - such friendly people and the accommodation was perfect! It was so clean and had everything we needed + extras such as board games, books and DVDs (not forgetting a welcome bottle of wine + treats which was very kind and thoughtful). The sea view from the upstairs bedroom was incredible and the peace and quiet was bliss :) we’d definitely like to stay again xx

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The home was just as described, bright, clean and welcoming. Jane is a great host and provided very clear instructions in addition to some lovely welcome treats. Our children loved the variety of board games available (and the smart tv of course). The cottage is perfectly located for the promenade and the town with a lovely cafe at the bottom of the road and a couple of beautiful gardens/parks nearby. We hope to return in the summer!

Lynn was an excellent host, super responsive. The place was very welcoming, a great home base for a few days with lovely views. Has everything we needed for a baby too. If you’re not driving note that it’s up quite a steep hill!

Good location, near to train station and bus station. And there are some good restaurants near it. The bedding is comfortable. I will choose this place again when I visit Cornwall next time.

My husband and I had a lovely time in this hidden gem just off the best street in Penzance. So close to the beautiful shops, restaurants and traditional pubs on Chapel Street, and just a short walk to the front. Would recommend this and being dog friendly was a bonus 😊

We had such a lovely stay! The space was exactly as described - clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. The location was perfect for sightseeing and relaxing, and everything we needed was right there. The views was amazing. I could look out there for hours and not be bored of that view. Beth was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication super easy. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place in Perranporth.

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

When booking somewhere to stay I was looking for a place close enough to walk to the beach, two separate boxes rooms and a carpark space in Falmouth. Amanda's place hit all those requirements! Really nice location, very quiet and right next to the Gylly cafe for dinner the first night. Everything we wanted in Falmouth was in walking distance. The flat was very comfortable and a great place to chill in the evenings. Very quiet area, although we went out of season I can't imagine it too noisy at other times of the year. Was greeted with a bottle of wine and pack of shortbread! Will definitely be booking again.

No thought should strike your mind if you are looking for a great property at the right price. There are amazing once’s but what this is worth every single pound you pay. Kerry has been a great host, the house has a lovely sunrise by the beach, have lot of good eatery and bars. Station, euro car all just a few min walk. As I started No Brainer just pick it up.

This flat was conveniently located, very comfortable, clean and safe. A welcoming bottle of wine was much appreciated as well as the washer/dryer combo. As Americans we were a bit challenged with the electric and appliances but that was our issue. All the manuals were supplied and Col a phone call away. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer to see more of beautiful Cornwall. Also loved the decor with so many canine references!

A real gem of a flat, well positioned with own parking place just a few metres away. The flat was exceptionally well equipped, cosy but spacious with a lovely outlook towards the Fal and harbour. The kitchen area had everything for a short, or longer, stay and was a delight to work in. A lot more kitchen equipment is provided than the usual airbnb's. The main bedroom was full of light in the morning, the small balcony a bonus for sitting out with a cup of tea or coffee. The fixtures throughout the flat are quite new and very clean. We struggled with the cold bath tap, probably because of old hands. Elly provided a comprehensive guide for using all the equipment which was very helpful. The welcome basket of nibbles was a really nice touch. A quite delightful spot, we thoroughly enjoyed our week stay, thanks Elly.
