We could not have asked for better hosts. David and Ileana went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. They thought of everything including a wonderful surprise basket for us and for our fur baby, who happens to be a southern boy and truly enjoyed the freedom of the backyard and playing in the snow. Weather was snow and at bit icy at night, but David and Ileana made sure it was always cleared. They also made it easy for my husband, who has to walk with a cane. Street parking, even with the snow was a breeze. Walking distance to just about everything. But that backyard. How I wished the weather was nicer so we could have enjoyed it. Anything, and everything you need is in that yard. Pool, hot tub, tent for the kids, grills, fire pit, tables and chairs, you name it, it is there. And they put so much thought into the ambiance, as well as the home itself. Pack your bags and head over to LB Bungalow, you won't be disappointed. Thank for all you did.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect—easy to catch an Uber back and forth into the city, but also surrounded by great food options that stay open late. The hot tub was a fantastic touch, especially in the winter, and we can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer! The host was super helpful and friendly, always responding quickly whenever we had a question. Overall, a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

This house has a river view which I liked the most. Because the land is so big, I feel I am in a forest next to a river with quiet and private environment. The owner is great and responded in no time. I will refer to my friends.

Great place to stay. This was the perfect place for our group to stay for a Christmas New York Trip. Host even had the house decorated for Christmas. Easy walk to the 154x bus that is a 25 min ride to the Port Authority. Street parking with a parking pay stall just around the corner at the library super easy and convenient.

Great host and great house in a wonderful and quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed using this house and felt very safe.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Haithum's place. Felt right at home, host very welcoming, proactive, easy friendly seamless communication, easy check in/check out. Host encouraged us to feel at home and relax. House looked better than the photos and was a very pleasant surprise, spacious, comfortable, immaculate, felt like using things for the first time. The apartment was just perfect - spacious , well equipped , super comfortable and the most amazing location. It was great to have the big skies and calm of the ocean boardwalk to start and end busy Manhattan days. Being so close to the A train station was a real bonus and we loved getting the NYC ferry too. Stop and Shop handy and well stocked for groceries and Vino By The Sea has a great selection of wines including some local gems. Couldn’t have asked for a better family stay.

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Lovely and easy to access. Communicative host. Much like having a hotel room which was all we needed for the night. Great beds and linens, towels, and nice little kitchenette.

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was perfectly located to allow us to take a great long walk on the boardwalk in the morning, and was an easy drive to the events we were on Long Island for. Bruce was a great host and very responsive to questions ahead of our stay. We so appreciated the special touches like cookies left for us and a bottle of milk to go with our coffee! Our stay was easy and comfortable we would definitely stay there again.

Appreciated Gregory being friendly and thorough, meeting us in person, giving us a tour of the place upon arrival, and the charm factor of this house. The kitchen was very well stocked and usable, there was a lot of community space and a lot of bedrooms and beds, so it was great for our purpose.

This was our third year staying there, it always feels like home. Geraldine is there to greet you, show you around and makes sure you know you can get in touch with her at any time. The house is exactly like the photos, clean, plenty of space. There is a harbor and small beach within walking distance . There are plenty of beach towels, umbrellas, toys for a day at the beach. She makes sure on your first morning you have coffee, juice and homemade treats!! We will continue to stay here every year!!!!

We had the most amazing stay! The house was perfect and very clean and spacious. The hosts were VERY ACCOMMODATING and kind and worked with us in a late check out and early arrival. We were here for NYFW and Will definitely be returning in September! You need to book this place!

As always, me & my daughter’s stay was great! Geet is always responsive & willing to help. This is an amazing beach house airbnb I would recommend to anyone and & absolutely I would recommend his beach house to anyone. The beach house is great, it has everything you need and very kid friendly. This is my first destination when it comes to air bnb. Geet truly does work with you if you have questions about anything. Robert’s home was just sd described and provided what you need for a comfortable visit. It is very close to the beach which is lovely.

I enjoyed my time at Mark’s place. The space was exactly how it was described in the posts. It was quaint and well kept. There was a winter storm during our stay but the heating system kept it nice and toasty in the living room and bedroom space. The neighborhood was quiet and extremely walkable. I got parking directly in front of the house. I would definitely book again.

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.
