Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in New Plymouth District

Zoe and Tyler were great hosts! They took our booking last minute and were super accomodating! The house was in a nice neighbourhood and easy to get to the city and the beach, and with plenty of beds to sleep so many people. Check in is super easy, and the shower pressure in the bathroom is unreal. The kitchen is newly renovated, but the rest of the house is a little dated, which I didn't fully pick up on from the pictures, and the place maybe needed a quick vacuum but we did book last minute so totally fair. Thanks so much for having us Tyler and Zoe!

The accommodation was immaculate and had everything you could ever need for a perfect stay. it was spotlessly clean and was very tastefully presented. we can't recommend it enough. 3 of us really enjoyed staying in Maria's house for 6 nights during the Garden Festival, it suited us perfectly. Lovely quiet location, and a very comfortable modern house. The day we arrived was a bit chilly, so Maria had turned on the heat pump before our arrival, and put out extra blankets. Very comfy beds! Maria's communication was great. We'd thoroughly recommend a stay here. Thanks Maria!

This is a great place to base yourself for a few days in New Plymouth. Clean, has everything you need, very responsive hosts, clear instructions Very quiet area, friendly neighbours, not far to town and easy to get out of town for an adventure Definitely well worth the stay

This was a great place for our stay: perfect location, on the main road; close to the pub, bottle store and an excellent burger joint. The hosts were great - easy to contact when checking in, available when we had a request and they gave us divine, homegrown tomatoes. Would love to stay there again.

Great place that is walking distance to town and Pukekura gardens. Duncan was very responsive and helpful. The apartment had everything you need for a stay and finishing touches were lovely.

Awesome stay during Te Matatini Te Kahui Maunga. Perfect distance out of New Plymouth with the beach very close to the house. We had a frozen whole snapper which David cut up for us to have for dinner. Awesome couple & beautiful stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Donna’s studio. It was beautifully appointed, quiet and superbly located for our event at Pukekura Park (Gate C). Donna was responsive and made us feel very welcome. We definitely hope to stay again! Thanks for having us :)

We loved our stay at Gayle's place. Beautiful surroundings with great views. Accommodation was brilliant. Wished we could have stayed longer, would highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Martin and Jane's place. The unit was well comfortable, well stocked, and lots of information was provided on different activities. Martin was friendly and responsive. We'd recommend this unit for anyone looking to see some of New Plymouth and it's surrounding areas!

We stayed at July's apartment in New Plymouth for 7 days in March 2025. The photos and description were very accurate. The apartment has been refurbished recently to a very high standard with quality appliances and has a very spacious living area designed for couples as per the description. There is a great kitchen for cooking, a F&P Dishdraw dishwasher which came in very useful plus a washing machine and dryer if you need to use it (we didn't). And definatley not forgetting the fantastic pressure on the shower :-). The apartment is literally 5-7 minutes walk to the CBD and even a lot less to two top restaurants in New Plymouth (pretty much 3 minutes walk if that!). New Plymouth has so many cool restaurants, bars and Micro-breweries. July couldn't have been more responsive and check in and out was super-easy. I would highly recommend.

I had a great time at Jennifer's and in New Plymouth. The room is nice, and the apartment is close to the ocean and the city center. Jennifer has been a fantastic host—really easy to live with.

Loved our stay! Cafes and shops are at the end of the driveway, beach is just down the road. Perfect location and beautiful whare.
