Everything I needed was provided for in Elsa's house. The house was very relaxing and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house has the potential to be exceptional with a few improvements. Every bedroom, particularly the one downstairs, needs a television(s). Though it wasn't too bad, the floors needed to be swept and mopped. The downstairs bathroom's toilet seat needed to be cleaned or replaced, and the front door, walls, and door frames needed to be wiped down thoroughly. All of the windows in the dining room area needed to be covered with curtains. I felt rather uneasy with the windows open or uncovered; it was a little unsettling for me; you never know who might be peeking in, especially at night. Overall, the home was nice and comfortable. In the near future, I would love to rent this home again. It was really a good stay. May God continue to bless the owners of this property.

Great house! Loved all the little details and touches around the house. Very clean and inviting and a beautiful space to spend time. Loved having coffee by the pool each morning. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Loved our stay and would come back again!

Ashley's place was perfect for our group of 6 for a long weekend in San Antonio. The house has everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was fantastic with some unseasonably cold weather! The neighborhood was very nice with many good restaurants and the river walk was only a 20 minute stroll from the house (which was helpful to burn off those taco calories!). It was also short uber ride to the airport and to the rodeo. 5 star accommodation for a fun weekend!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Tess and Randy's home, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel less like a rental and more like a home. They clearly put a lot of thought into creating a warm and welcoming environment, it shows how they care about their guests' comfort. The house is perfectly situated—close to wonderful restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore an attractive part of San Antonio. Whether we were grabbing a bite or just strolling around The Rim and LaCantera, everything was conveniently nearby. The house itself is such a peaceful retreat. Though the weather was too cold, the pool, hot tub, and small "pool house" is a hidden gem, like a private oasis. What really sets Tess and Randy apart is their superbcommunication. They were quick to respond to questions and provided all we needed for a seamless check-in. If visiting SA, I recommend their place as home

Such a cozy, quiet place but close to all of the hill country fun. We loved the outdoor fire at night. The bed was so cozy and the bathroom is so nice. The kitchen has everything you need. At night it is so dark and quiet so make sure to find the place before night fall. The pool would be fun in summer. Kind of sad the river is dry but the views are still amazing. We love the hill country and this home is so close to so much in the area.

What a wonder place!! Everything we needed was there already in the fully stocked kitchen. The rooms were clean and everything was in neat and tidy order. It was a great stay!! Unfortunately the pool heater broke the second day we were there and Pascal did everything in his power to get it sorted but wasn’t able to get it fixed. I was kindly refunded some money to make up for this. Excellent host!! We had a wonderful time staying here. 10/10 would recommend. Lovely and private too!

Absolutely loved this house, felt like I was home. Kitchen was stocked with just about everything needed to prepare meals, plenty of towels for use. We loved the pool too. About 25 minutes to San Marcos. We thoroughly enjoyed Rose’s house and would highly recommend it!

exelente house, everything is as seen in the images. It was a pity not to be able to use the pool I give 10 out of 10, very pleasant I stay with 8 family members all happy, just as a comment.... the communication was very formal only indications of what you had to do and what not and even there did not answer something else, the house does not lack everything excellent, clean 100, good furniture, good location, weather, everything in 100...recommended!!!!

Great place to stay. We have stayed in this home several times over the years in our travels to San Antonio. It is well maintained, the location is great, and the house is comfortable. The best part of it though is Ernesto and Alicia, the hosts of this property. They are friendly, communicate quickly, and take obvious pride in their property.

I highly recommend, very beautiful and peaceful. I especially loved the hot tube 😂. But it was a good distance from the river walk and from the LOL Comedy club the only thing we were struggling with was it being a bit warm but it was great in general😁😊.

so thankful to Carrie and Erik! after mishaps with a different booking, they were kind enough to accept a last minute booking the day before Thanksgiving. they genuinely saved our family trip and allowed for us to have a wonderful time together with our family over the holiday. the space was wonderful, comfortable, had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. as a wonderful bonus, we had many deer sighting. and had the weather been warmer, we could have happily enjoy the river that was right at the edge of the property. overall a great place to stay

Natalie was an amazing host and the condo was absolutely beautiful. It fit our needs and was perfectly located. It is walkable to downtown, but also located right on the river. Natalie is extremely friendly and quick to respond. The moment I needed something, she responded well above and beyond what I could’ve asked for. I will definitely be back. The condo is just perfect.
