We saw the place and it looked exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable stay.

The stay was everything we hoped for and more from games and clean rooms to beautiful aesthetic and great kitchen space amazing bathrooms and accommodating host must book if in Vegas we were close to a lot and Ubers were always near

warm houseand close to alll vegas activities.

We stayed for Thanksgiving and absolutely loved the place. It's a very quiet neighborhood and has very convenient access to the strip. Pro tip: if you park at Encore, take the East Dessert Inn tunnel when leaving and that way you don't have to exit on to The Strip. Then it's a 11 min drive back to the Airbnb.

Nice clean place. Close to everything but not TOO close to the lights and touristy Vegas.

Hosts were fantastic. Went above and beyond our expectations to ensure we had a great day. I too am a super host with Airbnb and the level of hospitality can not be beat.

Nelida was very responsive . He was very nice to communicate with . It was bright and inviting.

Huge house, very clean, nice quiet neighborhood. Very easy and Maggie responded right away when I had a question.

We got what we expected. Clean, nice house with lots of space. Full kitchen with everything you need. Has beautiful backyard with pool, BBQ, play area for kids, waterfall with water slide (unfortunately weather was too cold to enjoy the pool and spa). Our family enjoyed the stay.

We had such a great time in this home. The views are breathtaking, you could spend so much time just staring out the window. Communication was unmatched during our stay. Our questions were quickly answered and we were checked in on which was nice. Would not hesitate to stay here again and looking forward to booking again.

Had a great long weekend at the house. Very quiet neighborhood, yet still close enough to the Strip, restaurants, shopping and everything we needed. Tons of space. Super comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Great yard. Easy communication, always responsive.

Beautiful home away from the madness of downtown Las Vegas yet close enough to still go out and enjoy the strip. It’s perfectly located. The place is spacious and gorgeous. Lots of room and a safe and quiet neighborhood. Spring and Olivia were responsive every step of the way and answered all questions promptly. Definitely book this place don’t even question it. The views around the home are also breathtaking.

We had a great stay at this home. It was spacious and everyone was comfortable. The space was clean and check in/check out and all communication was easy and prompt. The only area in which we had an issue with was the pool. We weren’t made aware that they didn’t heat the pool during the time of year we stayed, until after we’d booked. Also, the hot tub heat was only available as an included within the cost, for several hours - one would think that if the pool was unusable, that the hot tub could be heated 24/7 without charge - since the pool is a HUGE booking feature of this particular home (as it takes up half of the backyard). Overall, it was a great stay!

The property was very spacious and accommodated our group of 15. The group loved the sauna and jacuzzi . The only feedback is to have your property manager check throughly check the house before guest arrive. Your property was amazing and items that needed attention were responded to promptly . Thanks for being a responsive host. We would reserve this property again. Five star

Great location very close to the Strip and close to a couple of 24 hour convenience stores. I had a great view of the Strip from the 17th floor. Listing is spot on in terms of description & amenities. Mona was very friendly & communicative. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were scheduled to stay the week . We were going to be in Vegas for the National bridge tournament. First off it was extremely reasonably priced. Unfortunately a few days before our departure I had a big biking accident and we were not going to be able to travel. They let me have my bridge partner spend the week there and made it extremely easy for her to check in etc My friend told me that the place was amazing and she was able to communicate with the host easily. The place was so great that other friends who were staying at the Westgate came to use the microwave and "was envious of the walk in shower". She had an amazing stay! I am so grateful to Rushab for making it easy and wonderful for her to stay there-it made up for me not being there to play with her the entire week! So grateful. Thanks. karen

Can’t say enough great things about this home - beautiful and peaceful location outside the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, very private and gorgeous scenery. The inside of the home was well-kept and everything was available that was needed. The pool was amazing (even in the Winter) and the kitchen was spacious. Bedrooms were well-accommodating and the garage games were a blast for the kids. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Quiet location close to where I needed. Had the kitchen and washing facilities I required. It is a shared space, which can be noisy. Some guests are on Vegas time, so showering at 3am etc.

Amihay is an exceptional host! Very Clear & Transparent when communicating instructions & house rules. The home is spacious & perfect for small to large groups. All the amenities that a family needs, they even thought about toothbrushes & razors🤗 This home definitely fit all of my family's needs. Close to just about everything, stores, movies, schools, shopping! Great experience all the way around! I highly recommend & would definitely rent again in the near future! 5 Star experience for sure!

THANK YOU Peter, The resort amenities were excellent and well maintained. The apartment was very cleaned and comfortable. The restaurant had good menu, good food and excellent service. The apartment is about 15 minutes walk to the Expo Center. We appreciate very much your kindness.
