We had the pleasure of spending 5 days in an impressive villa. The location was quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious pool area and the beautiful terrace, which invite you to spend relaxing hours.

The studio: An intermediate between the apartment and the workspace. Anne and her family are totally nice; since I had rented the modernly furnished studio located in the countryside on the Berlin-Rahnsdorfer Kanalsystem (Müggelsee and eastern surroundings) over Christmas and New Year's Eve (to work there online), they immediately invited me to the Christmas celebrations and also to New Year's Eve. I could have used the kayaks as well (but was too cold). In summer, if you can sit outside on the 2 terraces and in the garden, it has to be even more beautiful. For the door-to-door connection from the studio to the S-Bahn stop "Warschauer Straße" I needed exactly 50 minutes including a 700 m walk, bus and S-Bahn. That's how long you'll be on the road within Berlin. A car is still an advantage. Recommended!

It was very nice to stay with Peter! We felt very comfortable and our children had a lot of fun in the large garden and pool. Very close is a very nice lake with kiosk, we spent great days there! The area is extremely quiet and the neighbors were a little sensitive when the kids were a little louder. But on the whole, everything worked out wonderfully! We'll be happy to come back anytime!

It was everything to our satisfaction :) We spent New Year's Eve there, because of our dogs and I recommend it to everyone there, it's super quiet and beautiful there :)

The apartment is pretty and everything was very clean when we arrived. Apartment itself is quite small but the way it's organized makes it feel more spacious and was perfect for 4 people. Public transport is near which is a huge plus. Overall Emil is a very good host, gave us all the necessary information and replied to our questions quickly.

A great place to come by car. Parking on the street free, 15 minutes on foot to the train, which goes to the center of Berlin every 20 minutes. Next to the Netto store. Easy check-in - the keys were waiting in a lockbox. The apartment is nice and comfortable for 4 people.
