We loved staying here and getting to meet the horses and very friendly cats! The apartment is cozy and clean and we appreciated the bathrobes and breakfast items and country views. Steph kindly helped us meet her beautiful mustangs and told us about the farm, and the cats were incredibly cuddly. A lovely experience!

We stayed at William’s place while working in Great Bend at a local college. This is a beautiful home. Even better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with new appliances that make cooking a breeze. The bedrooms were all comfortable and everyone reported a good night’s sleep. There was ample closet space and each bedroom was decorated tastefully. All 3 bathrooms were sparkling clean and wonderful to use. Plenty of hot water and fluffy white towels. The surrounding area is beautiful. It’s quiet and walkable. The corn fields were beautiful and watching birds during the day and fireflies at night was so fun. This is an excellent place to stay. Highly recommend!

This stay was perfect for my family during a basketball tournament in town for the weekend! Everything was in great condition, no problems or issues at all! The host was very personable and responsive even helping when my daughter left something at the house! So very appreciated! I would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in the area!

We loved our stay at The Roost. The area was beautiful and peaceful, and it was so clean and cozy. We enjoyed all the little extra touches throughout, as well as the walking paths and outdoor space. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area again.

Quiet, yet close to main streets which is great if you are passing through or staying for a visit. I look forward to staying here again when I am in town visiting family.
