Easy to find and perfectly located near the marina, walkable to bars and restaurants. The underground parking is excellent as the area is very busy. The apartment is accessible by an elevator, so it is easy. The plaice is well equipped. The kitchen has all you need to cook, there's a grill on the balcony where we grilled steaks. Check-in was easy and checkout fine too, handing over the keys, etc. It's the location that makes it mainly. Central but quiet at night, the street outside didn't impact at all. Thanks.

Very nice stay. The apartment is as described, very quiet and very clean. The location is ideal, as a short walk to the beach and an area of shops and restaurants. Admittedly in this season, you can't expect everyone to be open, but that wasn't a problem. Finally, our host always responded quickly and very cordially to our questions. Recommended.

Located in the heart of the old district, everything is on foot, the harbor, shops, small cobblestone streets. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and Audrey even provided us with two umbrella beds for children. Extremely responsive in its communication, we have no negative feedback. The terrace, although not having an unobstructed view, remains highly appreciated.

Family stay with two toddlers. ( 8 months and 2 years 1/2) Very clean, well-equipped, well arranged and functional accommodation. Access to the beach on foot to the beach of la madrague. Take the car to the beach of Les Lques with a stroller because it is very narrow pedestrian crossing. Quiet neighborhood and parking available on the street or neighborhood for free. Just a point of vigilance with toddlers because the wall of the terrace can be crossed by a child and the accommodation is on the 1st floor. Otherwise, very pleasant stay. We recommend.

Véronique was a super host! An amazing place full of stories and travel. Quiet and relaxing right next to the beautiful beach of Fabregas ... I recommend it 100%!

the exteriors are amazing, pétanque, swimming pool, barbecue, playground for children... the studio is well equipped and comfortable just what it takes for a couple🙂

Catherine was the perfect host, lovely to chat to and super helpful, her apartment was enchanting, very French and equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside area was particularly pretty with lots of seating under the canopy of an old olive tree. The area was pretty quiet and within walking distance of Seyne sur Mere town with it's harbour, bustling markets and coffee shops. The beautiful beaches of Sablettes, Verne and Fabregas all within walking distance or a short bus ride. The whole area was very clean with good public transport. Will definitely return.

Beautifully located house, perfect for relaxing, yet centrally located to discover the VAR. Cozily furnished with all the necessary comfort, fully equipped and very clean. Enjoy a blissful vacation. We will definitely be back.

Thank you so much for this beautiful place where we had a wonderful holiday. Quiet location and a house that exudes a beautiful atmosphere - well equipped kitchen, a large garden and a beautiful terrace, comfortable beds. The coastal path nearby, the sea too. The bus no longer passes in October at La Madrague but fortunately we were able to rent bikes to get to Giens more easily. We really want to come back someday!

Great stay in a beautiful and very well-equipped house. Perfect for a family trip, even with a baby: crib, bath towels, everything was provided. The outside is superb, with a jacuzzi. No complaints, everything was perfect Thank you so much for the attention to detail (Christmas decorations, tree )

Great stay at Caroline's. The house and the environment is amazing! Very nice view from the terrace. The house lent itself very well to our family gathering, everyone had their own space and the children enjoyed the games in the garden and in the house. Caroline was very welcoming and available. The area is very beautiful and the house is less than 15 min from the main sites to visit. We'll be happy to go back.

Great apartment, well-equipped, in a beautiful residence. The view from the apartment is beautiful a real pleasure to open the shutters in the morning. And in the evening we have the right to sunset, it's great.

We had a lovely week at Thierry and Pasquale’s cozy apartment. In the 3rd week in August, to be so close to a beautiful, clean beach, that wasn’t too full, was a real treat, it’s less than a 3 min walk. The apartment has everything you need including plenty of soft towels and fresh linen to make your stay comfortable. We had dinner on the private balcony quite a few times with a gorgeous view of the park, trees & port in the distance, and there was a little supermarket, bakery & a few restaurants just 5 minutes away. Also within easy walking distance was the busy port which had lots of restaurants to choose from. I would recommend anyone to stay here if you are looking for a peaceful beach holiday with everything close to the apartment. One extra thing that gave me joy were all the lovely plants and gardens of the apartment complex, so well maintained and pretty. Thank you Thierry & Pasquale for a wonderful week.

We had an exceptional stay! The apartment is even better than in the photos: clean, spacious and very well decorated. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the views are stunning. The location is ideal, close to everything and in a quiet area. Jean Luc is a wonderful host, very welcoming and responsive.

Our stay went very well. The exceptional view of the sea did us a lot of good. Children could play on the large terrace safely, and the sandy beach that is right in front of the residence is very convenient and pleasant. Accommodation within the Pierre et Vacances residence, very pleasant and very well equipped. Jean-Daniel is very responsive. Noted that there are 2 bathrooms with toilet, which was not explicitly described, a nice surprise! Beach 2 steps away with sun loungers, beautiful small private pool in the subdivision Very quiet (I specify that we were there at the end of October, with magical weather for the season) Hyeres, the Gien peninsula and the islands to visit are magical but I prefer them in low season, in summer it must be very complicated (traffic jams I imagine), so bring your bikes!
