Way better than expected

My friend and I arrived yesterday from Nikos heaven. It was a wonderful stay. felt like a calm oasis! The water there is gorgeous and very relaxing. Perfect location, an amazing view, very close to several markets, restaurants and cafes The apartment is located around 15 meters away from the beach. , the balcony is gorgeous by itself! The weather and water are always fantastic! Nikos and his family members are wonderful people, very supportive always, polite, and somehow very human-oriented. They politely let us check in early and then check out late upon our request. Per arrival, they had some basic stuff on the kitchen table for us, olive oil, cookies, sugar, salt, coffee and tea, and toiletries in the bathroom. We had a wonderful stay there, I will definitely recommend Nikos's apartment to my friends. Thank you Anne and Nikos!

We had a great stay at Ioannis's apartment. The apartment is located very close to the main street and beaches, with several minutes walking distance. The view from the balcony is lovely. We'd come back again to this place.

Absolutely loved our stay! This beautiful flat was the perfect getaway. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views and easy access to local beach and restaurants. The house itself was incredibly clean, modern, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The look of the building is not as prestine as the inside but that didn't matter to us. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We met a wonderful lady neighbour who helps feed those 17 cats living in their parking lot😊( A dream for cat lovers like us). The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Angelina went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay and provided us a welcome drink. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. We extended our stay for another night and was charged a bit more for that additional night. Other than that, we loved our stay.

it's an amazing place. closer to the main tourist places in Thessaloniki. all the information for the check in was so clear I really liked this place.

Everything was perfect.

Our host Niko was very friendly at the check in and answered our messages really quick. The apartment was clean and big and had everything we needed. We would stay there again in the future.

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

We enjoyed our holidays on Simos place and hope that as soon as possible! October was good period to enjoy the sun, sea and also the beach which is on the Simos courtyard :). The view is magnificient!

Elenin is an excellent host. It has provided every need you can think of. is welcoming and makes you feel at home. The house is very ideal for children. My 2-year-old son had a good time. You can go to the beach in a short time. Thank you again Helen, we will come again next summer.

Great place! We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this lovely villa. The property is exactly like in the photos, two fully equipped units with a wonderful pool garden. Top location in a peaceful beach area with plenty of venues within a short distance. Hosts are the kindest! Responsive and supportive. Definitely coming back next year.

Great choice in Thessaloniki. Even though you're in the center, the home is completely quiet! It is exactly as described on the platform quiet clean and comfortable. Exceptional taste in decor with beautiful frames and amazing editions on its shelves an art space in the center of Thessaloniki.

We did not stay in the same place we booked because something was not working in the apartment we booked but they accommodated us in a similar place. Same view similar furniture and style. All was immaculate - beautiful apartment and very responsive and nice people was dealt with (Konstantinos and Anna). Would love to come back again!

Kostas and Irene were excellent hosts and made me feel right at home! It was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would absolutely love to stay there again during beach weather.
