I love my stay at Cherrys place. Nice location and beautiful surroundings.

This apartment is great for families. My husband, mom, 18-month old, and I stayed here for about 2 weeks visiting nearby family. I specifically booked this place since it seemed toddler-friendly. The apartment complex has a swimming pool, 2-feet pool for toddlers, and a nice playground and playroom for toddlers as well. My daughter was asking to go swimming and go to the playground everyday. When we weren’t visiting family, it was nice to have something for my daughter to do that was nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance. If we ever had any issues, Jessica was quick to respond. Our only complaint is that the internet speed was very slow during our stay. Other than that, everything was great.

I’ve stayed in other Baseline condos before. This condo is in best condition, new, very clean, and spacious. Also Klenn and Marje were very responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely rent here again.

We stayed for 6 weeks and had a great stay! The photos matched the actual place. Accessible to everything you may need. Roldan is very responsive and helpful. We will surely book this place again when we go back to Cebu.

Wow! I took a risk booking this apartment because it had no reviews - but what a positive surprise. I have stayed in many different condos and apartments in the Philippines, and this one is by far the best. Everything is brand new, very clean, well made with everything you need. Great water pressure and temperature control in the shower, comfortable bed, good aircon, kitchenette with what you need to prepare a quick meal, small windows can be opened right by the kitchen counter to let out smell and smoke while you cook. The building itself seems brand new and is high-end. With access to a huge swimming pool. Great location within 5 minutes walking distance to Ayala Mall, 7-11 right below the building. I will always try and book this place when I’m staying in Cebu. Annie is a great host, very helpful and kind. Thank you!

We had a lovely time at Juan's place who was able to adapt to our last-minute changes. The place is amazing. A scooter is available on-site which is very convenient for exploring the surroundings and eating out. Thanks again!

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

Recommended for family or group of friends who wants to spend time away from busy world. Place is right infront of beach as described.

The caretaker is friendly and the host is so nice. We had a comfy and nice stay in this beautiful accomodation.

We recently stayed at Unit 5H in Grand Residences, Mabolo, Cebu, and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is perfect, tucked in a lively area of the city, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and key attractions. It’s a great base for exploring Cebu! The unit itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a relief in the tropical climate. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, though we mostly dined out in the area. Nelson, our host, was very responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located place to stay in Cebu, this unit is definitely worth considering!

Everything perfect!

I had an amazing stay at Joyful Staycation. The place was clean, fully furnished and exactly in the photos. Perfect place for those who want peace and quiet. Miss Joy was a fantastic host. She's friendly and very responsive.

Overall experience was great, very easy check in with key lockbox. The unit was very well maintained and already had stuff we needed during our stay inlcuding a mini fridge for food/drinks storage and cute kitchen with utensils for light cooking/food prep. Clean and comfy too with a nice pool view thru its balcony :)

I had a wonderful stay at this place! It was exceptionally comfortable, clean, and cozy—perfect for unwinding and truly feeling at ease. The aesthetic was lovely and created a relaxing atmosphere where you could simply relax without a care. The host was incredibly attentive and made everything so smooth; check-in instructions and house rules were clear and easy to follow, which saved time and avoided unnecessary questions. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase food and drinks on-site and settle up before checking out, especially since the nearest store is a bit of a walk away. The only thing I missed was having tissue for sanitary use, but otherwise, everything was great. Highly recommend!

Spacious and clean..conveniently located within Cebu Business park. Best value for money. I will book again if in Cebu.

Wifi wasn't functioning when we stayed but overall the place was nice. Hoping to stay again soon.
