Vacation rentals with beach access in Negros Occidental

Lily is like having a younger Filipino sister. Very sweet and accommodating! The property has plenty of room for a couple or a large family.

I liked the place, it was cozy, felt like home, Ciri was always kind to us and helped with any question. Everything you need - was there, I have only good memories about this place. Just one tiny-tiny thing: there are a lot of roosters around this place so it can be a little bit load because of it, but I wake up early so it was not such a big problem for me.

This place is so memorable; this was our first ever trip with my sister! This is where I celebrated my 22nd birthday! All of them are approachable. Our tour for Oslob whale shark and sumilon got a problem, but luckily I found Kuya "Tingkoy." I don't know if it's his real name, but I think he is the brother of the owner. He offered us a tour of whale sharks and sumilon and met Kuya Joel! The cost was cheaper than the tour! They also recommend going to Tingco Beach; it's like a 30-minute ride from the accommodation, and it's worth it! The beach was so amazing! This place and people are recommended when you go to Oslob! Honestly, 5 days is not enough for me! I will definitely go back to Cebu again! 😁

This is a wonderful place in moalboal in a very good location.there is a b balcony with stunning sea view.ill definitely come back next time.

last minute booking went smooth

Lady's home was cozy and beautiful. There is "Lovers Nest" and "Apartment" on the second floor and Lady's home on the first floor. The gardens are very well designed and maintained. The pool in the yard was small but nice. It was a bit of a walk to Panaksama Beach. This makes for a quiet and relaxing stay at the property. There is a small shop right next to the entrance where you can buy drinks and other things. They take a deposit on bottled drinks, which the owner says is for recycling the bottles.

The view was absolutely breathtaking—waking up to it was a dream come true. The accommodations were immaculate, blending comfort and elegance perfectly. Every detail, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtfully curated decor, showcased a deep commitment to quality and guest satisfaction. The serene atmosphere made it the ideal escape. Whether I was enjoying a quiet coffee on the terrace or watching the sunset, every moment felt magical. Flora’s Bay View is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience. We had a wonderful stay at Genevieve’s place! She went above and beyond to make our anniversary extra special by decorating the room with thoughtful touches that made us feel so loved and appreciated. We were so touched by the gesture and it made our anniversary celebration even more magical. The room was cozy, clean, and the host was warm and accommodating. We can’t thank Genevieve enough for making this trip so memorable! Highly recommend staying here!

Spacious house with a quiet atmosphere at night, perfect for a restful stay. The internet was stable, and the amazing French bakery next door was a great bonus. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect! The property is breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately maintained. The pool and outdoor area were highlights, offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the serene surroundings. Inside, the villa was equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The Cecilia was an amazing host.And the caretaker Ate Vangie was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing stay. Our stay at Kazyl’s place was great. Easy checkin. Kazyl was proactive and checked in with us several times during our stay. The building door men and concierge were friendly, responsive, and helpful. Her place is within walking distance to the Ilo Ilo MOCA, mall, panaderia, and grocery stores.

Stayed at Rosemarie’s place for 3nights,Place is okay very accessible,walking distance to the mall,Only one thing is our Issued during our entire stay toilet was flooded daily,My sister and I we used mop to clear daily water,we are shocked when we arrived , I messaged the host and she is very friendly responsive. We recommend Ms Rosemarie Place.
