Villa vacation rentals in Negril Seven Mile Beach

I highly recommend Zimbali's! It was one of my favorite parts of my Jamaica trip! The food is amazing, and the accommodations are comfy and relaxing. I will definitely be back next time I am in Jamaica. My absolute favorite thing was the hike and ital food with Rasta Fyah, it was such a special treat to visit his home and have such great conversations with him.

The place is amazing 😍it’s definitely my first choice when going back to Negril!! Very spacious, Comfy and Clean inside out!! also a very quiet neighborhood with a nice view for the sunset 🌅 And the communication with both Verona and Rikard was on point!!! Definitely my moneys worth ❤️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

The home is beautiful. It is 3 stories and the 3rd story has a lovely master bedroom with a great conversational sitting room with 4 chairs. It also has a great deck from which to watch sunsets. The four of us all sleep on tempurpedic mattresses at home. The mattresses at the home were amazing-we all slept well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Despite what a previous review states, there were plenty of beach towels & beach chairs along with snorkel masks! Very convenient. The location was good for us. It was peaceful at the property. We were about 10-15 minutes away from downtown Negril. We were outside the hustle and bustle. Great restaurants all along the way. We had a rental car. First floor has a great dining room with elegant place settings. There is a lanai with a table & chairs which is where we ate dinner and played card games. It was beautiful outside and spending all our time out there was delightful. Rhonda is very communicative and was a wealth of information.

This place is actually called Ayurveda Resort. It’s very hard to find unless you are using G Maps. It’s located right beside Sandals. The location is perfect! It’s on the quieter end of Seven Mile Beach. When we got there our room had some issues and they were more than accommodating. They updated our room for no extra charge. The regular rooms are very outdated, but the ones facing the water with balconies are very nice. The grounds are well taken care of. The gardens are very beautiful and everything is very clean. The staff are so nice and very helpful! They always went out of their way to help and answered any questions we had about the area. There is also parking on site. There are many restaurants along the beach, but since we rented a car, we drove to local spots. Food was very good! We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend if looking for a quieter vacation!

What an amazing place! When we first arrived Jeff showed us the whole entire house and explained to us everything we needed to know for the time we were staying. Jeff also took the time to answer anything questions we had. After unpacking and settling in we really took notice to how nice the house really was. The house is very clean and each bedroom had its own privacy with each one having its own bathroom with all the amenities we needed. Also there is a powder room on the main floor for guests. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill each day and night. There is enough keys and gate openers and also there was a laptop and wifi. The pool was great with lights and jets. There was two gas grills and one coal grill. We chose to use the coal grill. There is a air conditioner in every room although the house is nice and cool so we didn't really need to use them all. This house is located in a nice gated community. Its safe and also quiet. There was security at the gate 24 hours a day and they were great and patient with all the coming and going we did through out the day and night. Jeff is only a phone call away at anytime for anything we needed and also called and checked with us to see if there was anything we needed. Cant wait until the next time we are able to vacation there again. Thanks Again Jeff!

What a wonderful stay! First, Lisa was so helpful, always quick to respond leading up to the trip with great suggestions on outings and local attractions. She was equally as helpful and responsive through the trip! The house was immaculate and a close drive to many places. I strongly suggest hiring driver Omar, he was a great tour guide and had a bus fit for two families. We were greeted by a freshly cleaned home, Ms.Karlene the housekeeper kept everything fresh all week with new towels and linens whenever needed, and a delicious welcome meal by chef Jay. The food was delicious! There wasn’t one meal we didn’t finish completely and chef Jay was a delight! Butlers Ricky and Garfield were always helpful and lovely and made the most delicious drinks for us and the kids. We have never stayed in a home with a staff before and we had a great time getting to know them and being so well looked after. Jamaica was beautiful - every day was a sunny adventure! Don’t hesitate to book vibes cove!!!

We had an amazing vacation staying at Chris and Kay's place in Montego Bay. Their home is a beautiful property in a great location. The only thing better than the house and property is the family that owns it. Chris and Kay made sure we were comfortable, connected us with their wonderful network of people, and simply made this an unforgettable vacation for us. My family stayed for an extended weekend. We had a marvelous time. Staff was wonderful. Took great care of us! Highly recommend for a family time away. Nice set up. Everyone had some private space and lots of space together.

Beautiful property—exactly as pictured. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and perfect for our group. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Jamaica looking for a place to relax and decompress with friends and the Villa Maria was just what we were looking for. We spent our days lounging by the pool and enjoying the quiet, private space over looking the sea. Evenings were spent watching the sunset on the beach and relaxing under the stars at night. Everything was exactly as pictured! The staff were all attentive and friendly. We felt so well cared for during the entire stay. Chef Thomas was incredible with dinner on the beach and breakfast by the pool. We enjoyed the yoga mats that were provided and the fresh filtered water stand was an added bonus for staying well hydrated! We were so close to the airport and enjoyed watching the planes land & take off during the day and were not bothered by any excess noise at all. There’s lots of options for things to do outside the villa, but honestly, we were super content just enjoying all the place had to offer. Many thanks to Wayne, Rowan, Suzie, Shelly, & Marco!

Anthony is a great host , very friendly ,very accommodating . The home is super amazing , makes you not even want to leave, the views from the balcony are amazing as well . The private chef service is a must also ! My family and friends appreciated chef Dave and his cooking was top tier ! I will be back very soon !

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Beyond its stunning appearance, the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The bathrooms were modern, spotless, and well-equipped, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, the villa was everything we hoped for and more. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish, highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the location, the house felt like home no negative comment but maybe a suggestion in terms of the security check in process maybe a pass given to airbnb guest to display in their vehicle for the duration of their stay. Everytime we left the property and return we went through security screening of validating who we are, not a big deal but more of an inconvenience as some security we more courteous than others. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property.

Firstly, the location of this location was breath taking the neighbourhood was quiet, with friendly neighbours and amazing staff. The beach was a walk away and the amenities were great. Starr was an amazing host response quickly and made sure we were comfortable. The house was so clean, the decors looks like photos and even better in person. The backyard was nice and breezy with the ocean view. The backyard also had space for family fun! The jerk bbq pan was amazing made alot of amazing meals on it. Starr has everything you need in the house to be comfortable. We felt like we were on an all inclusive resort but with a big space and privacy. We will be returning for sure thank you Starr! My family and I enjoyed our stay <3

Beautiful stay, the home was just as nice as the pictures. The distance to get to the beaches and restaurants wasn’t too bad, I’d recommend having your own vehicle or taxi. All in all I’d stay here again. :)

My family and I had a lovely time in Jamaica. The property location was safe and peaceful. The decor was lovely and the house was well maintained. I would like to commend Melissa Grant, the stand-in host, for her exceptional service. If there were concerns, Melissa addressed them promptly in a professional manner. Her contagious smile, warm reception, and impeccable service made our stay at the property simply wonderful.

Danielle is an amazing host! From the moment I sent my initial inquiry, she was on it—responding within five minutes and making sure all my needs were taken care of. I told her I wanted a chef during my stay, and she absolutely delivered. She found me a terrific and affordable chef who cooked exactly what I wanted every single time. Her house manager met me right on time at the airport—no delays, no confusion, just smooth and professional. The home itself is exactly as described: clean, safe, modern, and super comfortable. And let me tell you, if you’re like me and love the cold—the master bedroom A/C gets ice cold! Just the way I like it! If you’re heading to the Lucea area, don’t even think twice—book with Danielle.
