This is a gorgeous property that is close to the beach, quiet, and relaxing. Nadine and Barry were super responsive, friendly, and accommodating! I highly recommend the chef who made absolutely delicious local dishes. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderfully relaxing stay.

Joshua was so easy with communicate with and booking process was seamless. The place was exactly as described! The beach is a simple 2 min walk away and is gorgeous and private. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. Ideal for a family stay!

Bryan really took care of us. This was our 2nd time staying at one oh his properties and this one was amazing. The community was awesome. There’s a gym, a supermarket, a public pool and a playground for our kids with East Indian Mango trees by the entrance and to top it off, our particular Air B&B was one of 2 with a private pool in the backyard. It was so nice. There were restaurants close by and Ocho Rios was and Runaway Bay were surprisingly close.. I want to spend special shoutout to our housekeeper Jillian who kept the place spotless. Our kids loved her. Every chance our 3 year old got, he was with her playing. Breakfast was on point every morning. Wanna bigup Rochelle too who helped with arranging Christmas dinner…. We will be back for sure. We really love this place. Our pictures look like something out of a magazine. Thank You.

Really nice Villa. Beautiful ocean view. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of towels, pillows, and extra sheets and pillows if needed. The kitchen was furnished well enough to cook all the essentials. The house and bathrooms were very clean. The wifi worked great our entire stay. Communication with the host was easy, and the response was quick. There is AC in two of the main bedrooms. The third room and the rest of the house do not have AC, but there are ceiling fans in every room. It can,get pretty warm in the living room and kitchen, especially while cooking. The only thing I wish there was would have been either long chairs or beach chairs or hammocks to be able to lay in the sun or shade and enjoy the view and ocean breeze. You can swim in the bay if you are a swimmer as it can be kind of rough. Make sure to bring water shoes as it is all rocks and some are very sharp. There is no sand what so ever. The private beach is wonderful and located at a 3min drive.

Sanjae is definitely one of the best host. His place is absolutely beautiful, its always clean, the pictures dont really do justice because its actually better. He always has cold water for guest. It has everything you would want it to have and everything you need being away from home. Its close to all attractions. I would definitely recommend his place to everyone looking for comfort and tranquility. There's a restaurant on site, a lovely swimming pool, and a private beach. What more could you ask for. Thank you Sanjae for always responding quickly to my last minute bookings, and your fast response if needed to any questions we may have. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Beyond its stunning appearance, the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. The bathrooms were modern, spotless, and well-equipped, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. Overall, the villa was everything we hoped for and more. Truly a fantastic experience from start to finish, highly recommend!

Hidden Gem! Precious's Place is a hidden gem! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy with family. The house was extremely clean with adequate space , and had everything we needed. Precious was super responsive. A very quiet, peaceful place with TIGHT security. Close to Hellshire beach, walking distance to a Church and shopping centres. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I definitely got value for my money! Thanks again Precious!

Debra upgraded us to her other villa called "Soon Soon" as one of her regular visitors wanted ours and it was wonderful as you walk right out onto the veranda and onto the 7-mile beach. We had Michelle looking after us, who made great food each day. Just buy the groceries and she will cook, no need to go out to eat at all. Other reviews have said the property is dated - we didn't think it was, everything worked and the location is to die for. Others have mentioned the bar next door but it did not bother us and music was always off by 9pm. Debra was very accommodating and a great host, we will definitely be visiting again soon.

ZYANI was recommended by dear friends. Our group of 7 rented the entire villa for 3 nights, and we'd all go back in a heartbeat. The focal point is the patio, directly on the ocean—it's stunning. The soothing sound of the ocean is a constant. The saltwater pool is perfect. Each bedroom is spacious, all with their own bathroom and nice little touches. If the ocean breeze isn’t enough, the ceiling and floor fans are good. We opted to hire a chef for our stay, and the meals they cooked for us were all fantastic. Stephanie and her team are friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. The place is full of love and tranquility. I recommend you either drive or use Uber, as there's not much within walking distance. Stephanie recommended a small secluded beach nearby, and is less than a 10-minute drive. Other area attractions are 30 to 60 minutes away; Stephanie guided us on what to do (and, equally important, what to skip). Much love to Stephanie for creating a peaceful oasis in Ocho Rios! ♥️

This house is the place to be for an ideal vacation. The location is fantastic with the beach closely situated, a supermarket nearby, and attractions galore. The house itself is very well kept and equipped. Joy took exceptional care of us and we could not have asked for a better stay. Wonderful memories made!

This place is beautiful! it is actually 4 units in 1. 2 upstairs main unites and 2 downstairs units that were booked as one entire home. we loved it. it was great for our group. We experienced slight trouble as the gas bbq did not work. It was converted to charcoal. also, the Netflix projector and surround sound is in Beta mode so we unfortunately didn't get to experience that. We did request it both days but unfortunately it didn't work out. The space is clean, we'll kept, and beautifully overlooks the sea. Definitely a must book.

Two words : The staff ! Winston , Chef Sheree and Annmarie made the experience so amazing . They were friendly and very knowledgeable and accommodative . The place is absolutely lovely , the pool deck is to die for and the bar area brings the right amount of vibe . The place is private and allows for you to feel safe and relaxed in your own space . I would absolutely recommend this to anybody to just get away from home or host a little event if needs be ! Well done Team !

Vacation Stay Home in Mammee Bay Jamaica, was a dream like experience. Immaculate white rooms with white canopies and linen shaped into hearts greeted my guest. Their personal rooms which all had large personal bathrooms, also had doors that led out to balconies or directly into the beautiful grass of the grounds. One of my guest said it was her door to Narnia. The staff were so attentive and pleasant that within days I felt as if I knew them for a lifetime. They will be missed. Chef Shaun has to be one of the finest Chefs in Jamaica, I have eaten Jamaican food in NY, LA, Miami, Montego Bay, Kingston, St Ann and St Mary and his food was by far the best I have had, and he was all ours! The neighborhood walk to the beach and restaurant was delightful and the private beach was breathtaking. All of this was facilitated by one of the most attentive and helpful hosts I've ever come in contact with, the fantastic Dahlia. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, welcoming, and just awesome!!

Frank and Michelle were great hosts. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. The area was very private and in a safe community. Michelle and Frank were responsive and very friendly. We truly felt like home during our stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

We traveled to Jamaica looking for a place to relax and decompress with friends and the Villa Maria was just what we were looking for. We spent our days lounging by the pool and enjoying the quiet, private space over looking the sea. Evenings were spent watching the sunset on the beach and relaxing under the stars at night. Everything was exactly as pictured! The staff were all attentive and friendly. We felt so well cared for during the entire stay. Chef Thomas was incredible with dinner on the beach and breakfast by the pool. We enjoyed the yoga mats that were provided and the fresh filtered water stand was an added bonus for staying well hydrated! We were so close to the airport and enjoyed watching the planes land & take off during the day and were not bothered by any excess noise at all. There’s lots of options for things to do outside the villa, but honestly, we were super content just enjoying all the place had to offer. Many thanks to Wayne, Rowan, Suzie, Shelly, & Marco!

This was our family’s first time to Jamaica. Spen was quick to line us up with Ramone (who I can’t recommend enough), who provided more than just transportation, he showed us the local spots and made sure my wife and girls where looked after and felt self. The house and staff are under-stated from the site, it was fantastic! The atmosphere, the beach, pool, cabana chairs, morning breakfasts, lunches and dinners were well done by our cook Arlene. The service by the staff was so accommodating and kind! The house cleaner was on top of it and even watching the gardner rake the beach for leaves for us was awesome! If you have a family or small group of friends this place is a total home run! I would say make sure you bring enough cash for Jamaica as most everything is cash vs credit card etc. We have been all over the world and my teenage daughters voted this top 3! If you want to relax - this is the place! 5 star vote for sure.

Rochelle was an excellent host and really responsive to anything we needed before the holiday and during. The property was lovely, exactly as described and fully equipped. We felt really at home and enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The location is great, we hired a car and visited loads of local attractions, beaches and restaurants. We also used the pool and the gym on the site almost daily. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Villa de Campana was a very pristine and beautiful place to stay . Jevon was a very wonderful super host and hospitality was the best . Despite the distance the house made up for the trips we took back and forth . Jevon thank you for choosing us as your guest. See you soon

Upon arriving we were met by Patricia, the housekeeper. She was so friendly and welcoming. She gave me a tour of the home and showed me everything we needed to know. She made the most delicious rum punch for us. The home is just as beautiful as in the photos. The area is great. It is located just a few minutes from stores and food. The pool was open 24/7 and we had it to ourselves the whole stay. The A/C is amazing!! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We would love to come back for another stay.

Our group enjoyed our stay at Patrick's villa. It was clean and comfortable, tastefully furnished and had all the basic amenities. The chef Patrick recommended was also professional and prepared very tasty meals for our group. Patrick is a great host and was always accessible, responsive and accommodating. This villa was a great value. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again!

This Airbnb is a 10 out of 10 it is everything that you see on the pictures. The surrounded is beautiful private and a friendly community. However, there is a pool couple minutes away from your Airbnb and the scenery is very beautiful and the view is great you can overlook .

I really enjoyed my stay at Octava and Natz's. i had a little trouble with the TV and they were responsive to my concerns. the house is huge, clean and very we'll care for. i felt right at home. The only disappointment was that the pool table was broken in the pool house and I was looking forward to playing some games. Definitely would stay again.

The pictures do this home no justice! This home is immaculate!!! Sheri, the host, was very prompt with responding to any questions and requests that we had prior to our arrival. The staff treated us like family, all of our needs were addressed promptly, and everyone went over and beyond to make sure that our stay was a memorable one. The home is also conveniently located to all excursions, restaurants and nightlife. Special thanks to Shain and Smiley for keeping us safe at all times and showing us around Montego Bay, and Crystal and Dee for their warm welcomes and attentiveness. I can’t leave out the fact that the best meals We’ve ever had were prepared by the onsite staff. We will most definitely be returning to this villa for all our future stays in Montego Bay!!! Onia and Bones are amazing! Like I don’t know what more they could have done to make the stay as amazing as it was. The place was beautiful, modern. And most importantly Onia was more than accommodating! I can’t wait to stay here again this summer.
