ESTIA APARTMENT

"Estia" is a fully renovated, spacious 2nd floor apartment, located in the heart of the city of Volos, with the best view of the main square of St Nicholas. The apartment is located next to the pedestrian commercial Ermou Street, with many lovely coffee shops, restaurants and shops. In just 5 min of walking, you can reach the water front, the promenade and the Harbor area. The apartment is situated at 5-7 min walking distance from a community parking.

Two bedroom flat near the sea

The flat is full of light and very comfortable either for families or couples. It has two large bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen. The balcony is private and has a view to the mountain. The flat has underfloor heating, but it is not used for bookings less than one week. For shorter bookings there is available a fireplace. With the fireplace the temperature can rise up to 19c, so the flat is not suitable if you want very warm environment.

Located in one of the most beautiful and calming parts of the city this 1st floor apartment with private parking place is ideal for your vacation in the city of Volos. They are located downstairs (the house upstairs is where i usually live!) in an oliveyard. From the house you can reach Papanero beach (5' on foot through a path) Agios Ioannis village(15'), Damouchari (10') and many more places.
