James was very responsive and also let us check in early, we had an amazing time hanging by the pool. Everything was clean and neat our pups loved the yard so they could Rome around while we sitting by the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. Ginger was an amazing host and her home was located in a beautiful location! We arrived after hours but the checkin process was explained very clearly and was easy to complete. The views were spectacular and we were able to create fishing memories that will last a lifetime! The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming and allowed us to fish from their steps. Night fishing from the docks was awesome too! Overall, the experience was great and I would love to visit again.

Great stay, the house had a lot of space in it. Had everything we need and more for the lake day we had with our baseball families that were stay in the neighborhood as well. The beds were extremely comfortable! That was everyone favorite part. The host were extremely welcoming and gave great instructions to their home and everything was laid out. The only we can say was the neighborhood is a lot retired folks. We did have kids with us so they did seem bothered by them. We chat with the neighbors once we told them we were here for a baseball tournament. They seem understandable and okay with the kids playing in the street :)

We were beyond pleased with our stay at this home! Leead and Orel were extremely accommodating to all of our needs and went above and beyond. The communication was prompt, responsive and helpful. The home was exactly as described with an awesome location. We were able to walk everywhere so that we could enjoy our getaway. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend you do the same. Thank you so much for making this an unforgettable weekend for our family.

Robert was very understanding a very great host. He had all the extra things you can think of in the household. He has a lot of amenities. My favorite part was the sun porch. He is very attentive and he responds within a good amount of time. The house itself was very well kept it had anything you could think of that you needed extra if it was too hot outside and we needed to stay in the Airbnb, we still had a good time. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this spot at Sam's Beachcomber's Resort. The interior and exterior decor is beach/tropical theme and it just sets the mood for the vacation perfectly. It was cute, clean and in a great location to the water. We could sit on the front porch and enjoy the sunset on the lake. I took my family to Lake Havasu for Labor Day weekend and I didn't realize how busy the town would be at that time. I really liked this place because it is in a gated community with security and quiet hours so it felt safe. We would definitely stay here again!
