Wir bewohnen die unteren beiden Etagen. Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Blick auf den Schwarzwald. Sie ist für 2-5 Personen sehr gut geeignet. Max. 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder nach Abstimmung. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert(Upcycling). Unser Haus ist „relativ“ CO2 neutral(Photovoltaik u. Wärmepumpe). Waipu TV Stick.

Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the old town and thus everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical hall). The market square (known from the open-air games Schwäbisch Hall) and the Michaelskirche are only a few minutes' walk away. Almost down stairs and you're already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with enter access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

The apartment is in a quite residential street, between Darmstadt and Weiterstadt. It is well connected to public transport (RMV). In our street (about 3 minutes walk) the bus is every 30 minutes. The F bus can be reached after about 10 minutes, which runs every 15 minutes. The Darmstadt MAIN STATION is less than 2.5 km away. Also the connection to the motorway. Frankfurt can be reached in 20 minutes. The Loop 5 shopping center is nearby.

The famous blue tower can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot and the river (Neckar) can also be reached on foot within a few minutes.
