Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nea Alikarnassos

Beautiful accommodation, nice location in relation to the airport and seaside resort. Through a shortcut you can walk to the seaside resort in 10 min. Communication with host / smart plan very smooth, respond very quickly.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. Communication with Nikos went very well. Downtown can be reached quickly on foot, the airport with the local bus lines as well.

Its a great loft styled house that has an amazing patio/ rooftop! The place is also very conveniently located close to the highway and has lots of restaurants, shops, and pharmacies nearby! As its close to the airport, we did hear a lot of loud airplane taking off but it DID NOT bother us and it was very cool to see plane taking off in the hot tub! The hot tub was such a great addition to the space and the host provided bathrobes for our stay which was also a nice touch! It is placed in an area that is very private on the rooftop so you can totally enjoy with privacy. The host is great communicators and respond very promptly! The check out experience was very easy and they made it extra hassle free!

We really enjoyed our stay at Manos's house. His mom lived right next to us, and we got help with everything from him. We toured all of Crete with the rental car. The beach near the house is clean, pleasant, and sandy.

Having stayed in the area before, a quiet location was the most important aspect for me along with easy access to the beaches and a short walk into Hersonnisos. I couldn't have wished for a better location. The apartment was quiet with little traffic noise, compact and clean. The nearest beach was just a few minutes walk away with cafes and restaurants next to the beach. Hersonnisos itself was about 15 mins easy walk. The garden was a perfect spot for some sunbathing on those lazy days when you didn't want to leave comforts of home. It was an ideal suntrap. I didn't need anything from George on my 10 days, staying at Blue Coast Gardens -Juniper. but he was within easy reach with a whole host of helpful numbers and contacts made available, should have needed to contact him. It was great having a large comfortable double bed with good quality bedding and Aircon if it got too hot at night. All the equipment provided was in great working order, the apartment spotlessly clean. Loved it!!

I asked my mother recently what her favorite part of our entire Greece trip was and she answered, “The Landscape View House near Knossos Palace.” We had a little trouble navigating our rental car and our host offered to drive to the airport and guide us in. They also had a homemade pasta waiting for us on arrival. The home was serene and surrounded by beautiful gardens. Hand painted murals and artwork adorned the walls. It was truly enchanting, from atmosphere to hospitality.

The number one thing I look for in an Airbnb is a great view. Xanthi’s view couldn’t get much better. I’d go out looking to have coffee with a good view and realized the best view was back on the balcony. Surely saved me 5 euros a day that way. The second quality I look for is a great location. Near the sea, on the main road to the famous fountain and market street. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, everything you need close by. This too couldn’t get much better. Then on top of that, the cleanliness, attention to detail, thoughtful little extras (too many to list) and everything you could need to start your stay there. I was visiting for a month, in the winter, all by myself and Xanthi was the best host. I felt like I had a good friend close by when I needed anything. She went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. One again, couldn’t get much better. Stop looking and just book this one. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Very nice villa, very functional and well located in relation to the beach, restaurants and supermarket in the village. Please note that only one of the two bedrooms is air conditioned.

Magdalena and Vasilis are very helpful and have supported us in every matter. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and as shown in the pictures. We felt very comfortable.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment. Our host was very nice, responsive and was happy to help with any of our questions. The apartment itself was lovely and clean and seconds away from the beach. The private outdoor hot tub and bbq area was very nice to have. I would definitely recommend this place to future holiday goers.

Exceptionally clean and modern flat in the Old Town of Heraklion. Parking was a dedicated space in the basement and easy to use. The instructions were excellent, we arrived at about midnight and had no problem checking in, the tsikoudia and sesame sticks were very welcome! The wraparound balcony was a bonus, we really did have part views over the harbour although the airport at the other end of town is apparent, with the efficient air conditioning and windows closed, there was no noise at night. We asked for local restaurant recommendations, which we booked and enjoyed, as well as those just around the corner in the little square. Everything in the old town was walkable and it was easy to drive out to explore more of the beautiful island and extraordinary history.

The apartment is very nice and bright, and has everything you need, felt right at home :) Spacious terrace with patio furniture is perfect for morning coffee. Irini was really helpful and considerate host, very responsive as well. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is a lovely, spacious studio apartment with good amenities whilst being very private and has lovely views from the terrace of both countryside and sea. A car is highly recommended, though the local beach, marina and tavernas are within a 25 minute walk. With easy parking, it is a good base to explore the island, whether you are looking for the vibrant shopping and historical culture of Heraklion, or the peace and tranquility of local mountain and coastal villages. The appartment is clean and has all you need. The location is also very great. 😄 You can have a swim in the sea after you wake up.

I can only say, if you want a warm welcome and comfort and quiet in the middle of the busy activity of Chersonissou… this is the place. I read a review about the bathroom.. yes, if you are expecting a large hotel bathroom it is small but it is Greece on an Island… everything in the space was perfect. We loved every thing and his parents were like second family and made us feel so welcomed. I can not say enough❤️

We really recommend Izabela's home for a lot of points. We arrived Izabela greeted us with a smile and kindness. During the stay she was able to make herself discreet in order to leave us privacy but just as present when we needed it. I better understand all the reviews for izabela she is the best host in any country we have had. A real plus for the accommodation which is really very clean, the towels, linens... smell very good! The apartment is located not far from the main avenues (5min walk) but is located in a secluded and quiet place which is a lot of good. Sincethere was no guest, we were able to stay a little later today. Thanks again Izabela!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Tasos’s apartment! It was clean and comfortable and he was very flexible with check-in/check-out as we had flight delays and arrived later then we expected, along with having to check-out at 3:30 in the morning to catch our flight. He was great at communicating, responding promptly, and also gave us a bunch of recommendations on things to do locally. Would definitely stay here again, and totally recommend to others!

BEST HOST EVER! I’ve never been so happy either a host and very comfortable and lovely place. All the facilities were above the expectations. Can’t wait to stay at George’s place again.

We had Dimitris as our host and let me say, everything was perfect. We were delayed getting in by a day and he was always very responsive when we communicated our later check-in needs. When we finally arrived a day later he was quick to get us in our place but not before grabbing us a couple beers and a bottle of wine to start our 10 year anniversary trip. He also gave us excellent recommendations of local restaurants to start the trip off right. The place is exactly as described and then some. It is in the heart of the night life and all the beaches, but the location still quiet and peaceful. When enjoying the rooftop patio and hot tub, you would swear you were off in a secluded location. When inside the suite with the doors closed, you couldn’t even hear peep from anyone walking around on the beach front strip. Dimitris was always quick with answers to our questions and recommendations throughout our stay. Without a doubt we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The location and room we're amazing. We really liked the amenities available and the location is in the heart of Heraklion. It's very walkable to major attractions and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Giannis kept in contact with us and helped us when needed. The only thing is that if you're not familiar driving in Greece or on narrow streets, it can be difficult to access the parking spot with a larger vehicle. Take it slow down the ramp and you should be ok.

The pictures don’t lie! A-MA-ZING view on the balcony! Kostis even sent us plenty of recommandation ahead of time to help us planning our trip. The appartment is on the 4th floor, but there is an elevator. The bed is really confortable and the appartment itself made it feel like home with all the plants and the lights.

Susanna’s place is excellent! Whether you’re there for a short time or a long time, her studio is clean, spacious, and the appliances and washer make staying very convenient. Highly recommended!
