Book this place! It is hard to describe how incredible this stay was. The location was really beautiful, the condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We have never stayed anywhere with a cook/housekeeper or "all-inclusive" so this was a huge treat for us. Mina (the cook) made the yummiest breakfast and lunch for us everyday (and dinner one night). We chose not to pick a menu and said "Just make us your favorite meals." Everything was delicious, local, coastal Mexican food. Ceviche, beans and rice and fresh juice everyday. It really was magical. Between breakfast and lunch she would clean up the house, wash all our towels, etc. I felt so cared for and it truly made for a relaxing vacation. We ate 2 dinners at the W which was right next door and really good but most nights we just ate leftovers. It was plenty for us. The beach was private and not at all crowded (we were there in a less busy season). You will love it here!

My only suggestion would be to have a toaster oven as there is no oven. Somethings are just not meant to be reheated in a microwave.

This was our second time staying at Mayra's place. This unit is very clean and has a wonderful view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again!

If you are traveling as family or with friends, this condo is the place, extremely comfortable, spacious, elegant, and the facilities for the entire property superb!! The valet parking service is awesome, efficient and quick. Juanita and Sully who cook and care for this property are the cherry of the pie. They make you feel at home right away and are very attentive to all of your needs.

Very comfortable clean place to stay.

Our stay was great, and communication was easy! We loved having full access to the beach clubs and golf. The golf cart was a huge bonus. We appreciated our concierge and cook was excellent. Definitely recommend staying here!!

The accommodation is located in the hotel complex, the territory of which is like a big botanical garden. The swimming pools can be used from early morning until late night. Very spacious rooms and our family feels like home.

It was very easy to find the airbnb is on one of the main roads so at night There is a lot of noise from the cars but in general it is between 10 to 15 minutes walking from downtown Cesar and his wife were very kind to us and all the time they were on the slope, if they let us get the car into the parking lot without a problem

We were very comfortable, Manuel was on the lookout the whole time. The area is very nice with lots of pools and enough beds in the pool and on the beach for the guests. The apartment has everything you need to have a very good family vacation.

The condo was very clean when we arrived. The location was perfect, beautiful view of the ocean from our deck, close to lots of restaurants that were walkable. Walkable to the Malecon. When we messaged we got a response within a couple of minutes.

Awesome, better than expected. Clean and there was only 2 of us but could easily handle 4. Access to the beach and walking was easy. Busy street corner with construction but at night it quieted down and we had good sleeps. Great bed. Good local food across the street. Kitchen well appointed. Will stay there again for sure.

The place is very good, comfortable and clean; it has everything you need to have a very pleasant stay, the pool is practically always alone and the whole place is very quiet.

We recently stayed at Carlos place and had a great vacation. The apartment is big, bright and clean. The check in was smooth and easy. The property is beautiful right on the ocean and is beautifully maintained. It was easy to get a chair either poolside or by the beach. The host was quick to respond to any questions. It was a lovely relaxing vacation for my family

It is a very nice apartment, comfortable and has everything described in the listing. There are shops nearby which makes it very convenient and the hosts were very attentive. We really enjoyed staying here.

Excellent location.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Andale, the location is great, very central with quick access to the beach and old town, major bus stops (to Boca and El Tuito for the botanical garden), yet it is tucked away a bit so the street is calm, and the building is rather quiet. The community of international part-time residents in the building was very welcoming and Claudia who welcomed us was lovely and let us arrive a couple hours before check in to drop our luggage.

This is a great apartment, has everything you need, nice and cozy, very clean, in the middle of a friendly neighborhood. Check in and out zero problems. Margarita very responsive and helpful. Beds are very comfy, bathroom perfect, hot water great, AC very efficient. The only thing was annoying for us was the main bedroom very noisy, because under the apartment are businesses which get busy until 2 am every single day and lots of chatting, music, cars even late. The other bedroom very quiet but no window or natural light. The main street is full of delicious local restaurants, highly recommend the “Patita salada” seafood is outstanding!! In general an excellent choice to stay here and enjoy Puerto Vallarta.

It is a very pleasant place and its environment with nature, highly recommended to rest for a few days, they gather the quality of cleanliness and service, in rooms and all its areas, it has a common pool area, very pleasant terrace and restaurant. Invited to return and my thanks to the host Juan Carlos for his kindness and attention at all times I highly recommend it

Amazing place, just like the photos, extremely comfortable, with many amenities around, the communication with the host was incredible, attentive to all questions and with a very fast response time, definitely a space that I recommend, small but cozy and that has everything you need to make your stay comfortable ✨

Karla was very attentive and attended to us at all hours, there were some details for lack of water and leaks in the bathroom that I hope they can fix. Well, definitive we stayed there again, excellent hubicacion and excellent service.
