Carlos the co-host was super friendly, always available and willing to help, in the end we had a problem for check-out in time due to a problem with our transportation and Carlos was very understandable to do a late check-out of 30 minutes, quite recommended and clear that I would stay again

The accommodation exceeded expectations beyond 100%, it is an extremely nice, smart house, it has many amenities, the cleanliness is impeccable, the aroma that is breathed in the house surrounds you and makes you spend a fantastic stay, by much more than a boutique hotel, my family was fascinated with this accommodation without a doubt I can say that it is the best airbnb we have stayed in. Julio César's attention is excellent in every aspect since he always seeks to satisfy any requirement that you have. In conclusion, I highly recommend this stay if you want to have a fascinating experience, combined with luxury, modernity, comfort and a good price.

The house is a very comfortable, beautiful and excellent house to go to rest for a weekend. has very nice views of the hot air balloons. The host is very friendly and approachable, he loaned us a grill without problems and was aware of if we needed anything. we would definitely come back to this house in the future.

Exceptional stay. Luis and Carmen were super responsive, flexible and extremely kind. They even brought us cookies halfway through our stay. We stayed for 10 days and had no issues. The beds were comfortable the rooms were cozy. The character and charm was perfect for our stay. Only recommendation would be a full length mirror somewhere in the space and a clothes rack in the front room as it does not have a closet.

Incredible location and beautifully decorated. Loved everything about the house - on small nit was we didn't realize sound would travel throughout the place. However, gorgeous and loved it!

Maria was super helpful and accommodating. We needed the space for a single day whilst we awaited our late night flight back to London. Maria had the apartment ready for 11am (despite having guests checking out that day!), and was incredibly sweet and caring. A perfect example of why Airbnb is great!

Loved loved loved this Airbnb! We were in Mexico City with a big group - 11 of us - and this house was everything we needed and more. Most the group didn't know each other, so having individual little studio apartments for everyone (each with a bed, kitchen, bathroom, etc.) was perfect, as everyone had their own space. The outdoor rooftop space was a great place to hang out! The location was perfect, it felt so safe and cozy - and we loved every minute of it! Stay here, especially if you have a big group!

We rented this house for a girls getaway with eight women ages 74 to 32. The house more than met our needs for the age range. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. It was sometimes loud, mostly just Friday and Saturday night. The hosts were quick to answer messages through the Airbnb app. They let us store our luggage before and after check in. One of my guests forgot her iPad, and the hosts are helping ship it home. There are two bedrooms off the back of the house that felt pretty removed and exposed. They also got a lot of the outside noise. Keep that in mind if you need all the bedrooms in the house. Those are definitely the least desirable rooms, but they were fine. Mexico City is a great place to visit!

It's the second time we've stayed because of the proximity to the hospital; everything in order without inconvenience

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 9 (with two babies) - very safe, spacious; every need was met in a timely/responsive manner and we couldn't ask for more. Location is definitely centrally accessible but make sure to account for traffic!

Hello, the house seemed fabulous, it is very clean and has everything you need to have a great day, from cable TV, the toilets, the kitchen very complete and with all the amenities, and the bedroom is comfortable. I was surprised by the lamp that is Bluetooth horn, and I really appreciate the attention they put into each area, whether it's the dining room, the patio, the room and everything else. The entry and exit is quick, easy and safe; the house is located in a quiet living area where there are many shops and places to eat and stock up. It is a recommended place to spend from a day or even a weekend.

As the City is well, the location if it called attention, a little ugly the area, but when entering the house it is very pleasant and quiet, super recommended at this time of the year, the shower took us a little bit of work to use it but if it worked well... clean, simple but pleasant to go with the family, ample space for keeping the car, I have no complaints, and super recommended

I traveled to Coyoacan with a fellow teacher and three 13 year old students from Canada we were participating in the Flute Festival at the UNAM. Casa Bola was the perfect choice for our group. I needed a super safe space, close to all amenities, where we could also come back to rest after a long day in classes and concerts. This was the perfect place. Were were really lucky that it was available. I would highly recommend Casa Bola to any type of visitor, but specially people looking for a quiet, private and peaceful stay in Coyoacan. This house has the best possible location, which is around the corner from multiple restaurants, including one of the best vegan restaurants in the entire city. There are two of the best taquerias just one to two blocks away, but the tourist centre of Coyoacan it's just far away enough that the house is super private and quiet. We did not find a good supermarket nearby, but we recommend getting groceries delivered by Walmart! We loved Casa Bola!

Wonderful, walkable location, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Sometimes Uber got confused with location, so we found that navigating to nearby Taqueria Don Frank worked well. The house was beautifully furnished, with lots of windows, art, very comfy beds, plenty of extra towels and linens and pillows, and a kitchen with everything we needed, including a nifty water filter pot! The security gates made us feel very safe, and the rooftop and kitchen patios were great for getting some air and viewing the city. Santiago was wonderful with communication, and gave us some wonderful tips for restaurants and things to do as well. Overall, a delightful experience!
