Apartment well located and compatible with photos. It is an old apartment, which would be possible some small adjustments, but it already has improved points. Host request and responded quickly when I needed it. The cleaning offered by the building itself leaves a little to be desired. It has a large indoor garage included.

Simple and comfortable place. Good cost benefit. Hosts Auerelio and André super good people.

We are very pleased with the accommodation, the space is comfortable and super equipped. Dona Mirtinha and Seu Zé who are the homemakers are very dear. Hosts were always available when needed, special people with incredible empathy. Jureia Beach is a magical place with the lush energy of the forest. We will definitely be back. Gratitude 🌻 is the feeling that remains.

The place is very pleasant and with a breathtaking view. The balcony is a little uncomfortable when you have a guest in the next suite as the partition is leaked and could be closed for more privacy. We used the kitchen structure that supplied the basic necessities. The visual really made all the difference.

A wonderful stay, the location has a perfect view, descending you find several options of beaches and restaurants! The hotel is beautiful, swimming pool in the sun all day, so it looks warm. The flat corresponds to the photos, is large, full kitchen, clean bathroom, everything perfect!

Excellent location, like the photos, was clean , all air-conditioned. Condominium with great structure and attentive staff. In my opinion is the best point on the beach.

The apartment is great, well lit and airy . All well organized, one of the most positive points was the big TV. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom has a good mt heating. It would definitely return !!

I had a great stay. It was my first time in the town of SJC. I found the location very good. The apt is great, with great views. The building has a modern and elegant facade. Apt has all utensils to have a good stay. I hope to return again.

I really liked the location of the flet, mainly because it is close to work, shopping and large market. The flet tbm is very close to the beach and some local restaurants. I recommend it. Rodrigo was a great host he gave tips from nearby and always attentive restaurants.
