Staying in this apartment was wonderful! From the first moment, I felt such a good energy in the place. Everything is very cozy, well cared for and smelling, I felt super at ease. The location is excellent, close to everything, markets, restaurants and the beach is not far away. In a moment, I'd get to where I wanted to! The air conditioners cool super well, and the sheets were so smelling and comfortable that sleeping was a delight. The balcony was also a detail I loved! And Alex, the host, made all the difference. Very attentive, polite and always responding quickly. Without a doubt, the best host I've ever met! It was an amazing experience, and I will definitely be staying again. A space very close to the beach, for those looking for ease is perfect!! Close to it all, it has a market, pharmacies, shops, restaurants.. It is quite ingrime all the land for it but the whole city is like this.. great host!! Replies always with a lot of education and attention.. only the internet leaves to be desired.. but all the rest very good!! I recommend

The view from the apartment is surreal! Facility at Check-in and check-out, Mabel and Daniel were wonderful to serve us in the space. Nestor promptly answered questions before booking the apartment and after booking. Ponta Negra beach is beautiful. Restaurants in the vicinity of the very nice apartment. Homes match listing photos.

Everything about this place was great. It looked just like the pictures. We had a few minor issues during our stay, and Robson took care of them right away. The location is great. Lots of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The beach is only a couple of blocks away. The rooftop had a great view of the ocean. I went up there a few mornings to watch the sunrise. The housekeeper was great. She was very sweet and took great care of us. She cooked us a big breakfast every morning. We had a big crew and she made it happen with a smile on her face. 10/10. Would absolutely rent again.

Very nice apartment and well located almost at the end of Ponts Negra with pool and security in the building with excellent carriages

I stayed for 1 week in the apt., which behaved very well myself and 3 other friends. The apartment has all necessary items and a great location. Voltaria more often without thinking 2 times.
