I feel blessed to have stayed with Jyoti & Shyam at Kharwa Fort - this is an amazing Indian experience - not only real history but the most amazing food, conversation and hospitality all wrapped up in a magical historical fort. As a solo woman traveller, I felt not only safe but also had lots of time for meaningful conversation and interaction, and also time to rest, explore and more. Visits to Pushkar and the farm were lovely and much appreciated, and also interactions with local village women - particularly Laxhmi and Koushal - memories I will treasure. As someone that’s been to India 12 times, I not only highly recommend Kharwa Fort Home Stay here - I can say this will be your best authentic Indian experience. I loved every minute. Very good overall experience. about staff: super helpful. Manager called me ahead to check whereabouts and suggested a very good hotel HaldiGhat where we enjoyed a lot. upon arrival at very late hours, staff helped me with my luggage. about place: One of the only place which offered a place to rest and lodgings for our tired driver. It was indeed special facility which even we couldn't find in big hotels, where driver had to spend the night inside the car. Other than that, Room was large, with all basic things taken care of. Only thing is that accessibility is a little issue, as it is on a congested road. But place has ample space and private parking as well. Would recommend.

Staying with an amazing family. People with a good heart! They were very patience with me on my arrival. My arrival had a delay... I had a great stay. The room was good, with a big balcony overlooking the street and the Jain temple. The bathroom however was a bit primitive. Not enough space to reach the sink and only a little water pressure. But for 1 or 2 nights it's perfect. And an other bathroom is offered to take a shower if you want. On one night I had dinner and that was very tasty. Highly recommended😋 I didn't see much of the town, as I was staying here because I wanted to visit some friends in a nearby village. But do ask about the stepwell in the back of the house. Impressing!

This was the most peaceful stay I’ve ever experienced. The host, Eshan and his family were really supportive and always available.

Uday is one of the best hosts we ever had. He and his staff will make you feel right at home. We had amazing healthy, home-cooked meals, a fireplace with mint tea at night and a tour around the farm. The rooms are spacious and designed incredibly well, using local craftsmanship. The shower is noteworthy - hot water and perfect pressure for far more than 10min :-) Uday takes good care not only of his guests, but also of all animals living on the farm. We were happy to stay outside of Pushkar, however, it only takes a 4min ride to be in town. Definitely a recommendation to stay at the Organic Farm!

Jitendra’s place is conveniently located outside the busts of the town, just a few kilometres away, near the hills that surround the area. It is in a perfect location for those who seek tranquillity and a quiet place to appreciate nature and the landscape. Jitendra is a great host and helped us getting to the town centre, making our brief stay even more comfortable and very pleasant.

Such a lovely place and amazing host, will definitely visit again and recommend others as well.
