It was very clean,cute, and as seen in the visuals. Ms. Firuze responded to our questions right away and was very helpful. It was a reliable and warm house. A place you may want to experience again and be very satisfied:)

My stay at this beautiful duplex house was fantastic! The property is stunning, clean, and very comfortable. The host went above and beyond with her hospitality—she was always available, quick to respond, and very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Everything about the experience was seamless, and I highly recommend staying here!

It was very convenient to both the Urla pier and the center. We had an overly peaceful day. Having projection and wifi in the house was a big plus, the biggest plus was Nina, the world's beautiful dog. She loved herself during our stay, she had a good time with us and we thank her very much. Finally, we would like to thank Mr. Ali for his kindness, prompt communication and sincerity. My family and I stayed for 3 days and were able to communicate quickly with our host. The location of the house was good and there was no parking problem. The house was clean and tidy, overall we were satisfied.

everything was perfect

The hosts live downstairs, they took good care of us from check-in to checkout. We were able to get a quick response to our questions. The garden is very well maintained and pleasant. We were able to take advantage of all the facilities in the garden. The house is sparkling clean. We stayed 4 people, but it is a large house, even 6 people can stay comfortably. It is a great advantage to have 2 bathrooms. The only negative is the sound of traffic to the front room when the window is open. A house we would want to stay in again if we go to Urla again.

The location and sea view of the house were very satisfying, clean and tidy and had quite enough heating for those who would stay in the winter. The house is heated by natural gas and fireplace, and the fireplace and sea views make this house stand out from other houses. The house is in a decent neighborhood and the shop owners around know the artisan. The residents are not disturbing people, the apartment is generally quiet and peaceful. I recommend it as a Tourist.

We stayed very nice and comfortably. Everything was very new, clean and tidy as if we were staying at the house for the first time, even the smallest detail was considered, they prepared a house in the comfort of our own home, communication was very nice. It was a very central place in terms of location, there were areas where we could shop for a walk, and we would also like to thank Ms. Elvan for her interest and interest in contacting us. We had a lovely stay at Murat's place. The location is unique and the street where the house is situated is accessible with the Izmir's historical elevator building (asansor). The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a great view to the sea and the surrounding neighborhoods. Murat is a kind host. He was very flexible with our check-in and check-out. The house is well-equipped, comfortable and quiet. We could park our car in a dedicated parking spot at the entrance. If you don't mind the stairs it is a very nice place to stay in Izmir!

We loved our stay here! Deniz was super responsive and easy to communicate with, any questions or requests we had were quickly addressed. Deniz’ parents were great as well, very nice people. We felt welcome and at peace at their home. We certainly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our time in Urla thanks to Atilla and his excellent villa. It is close to the wonderfull streets of the old town, easy to get to all points of interest. The house has everything you need and it is very clean and comfortable. Atilla was very helpful and responded promptly to all information we asked for. I would definetly stay here again if I returned sometime.

First of all, Mert Kut gentleman was a very kind gentleman and a super host. Check in was flawless and fast. Great information about the house and the environment was provided with both written and verbal referrals. The house we stayed in offers a peaceful, stylish, modern, clean and spacious experience as seen in the photos and instructions. You undoubtedly feel at home due to the comfort of the house and the friendliness of Mr. Mert. Even though we had a short stay for business, we stayed in peace. I plan to be a guest in Mr. Mert's house again as soon as possible. I recommend it and I'm sure you won't regret your experience at all.
