Great home in a nice neighborhood. Hosts are kind and attentive. I would definitely come back. Just make sure you have enough blankets before going to bed on cold days!

You can use one room among the furniture in the Taiwan apartment complex. They provide body, shampoo, and dryer, and they also provide local plug chargers and Apple 8-pin cables. Overall, it is clean. I chose it because there is a washing machine, and detergent is provided, and there is a veranda in the room, so you can dry it. The washing machine is a small top load that can be washed for 2 days, but if you remove the pants, you can match 3,4. There are also almost 10 hangers, so there's nothing lacking. There is also a small desk, so you can do simple work with your laptop. I checked in at 9 o'clock, but they explained it well, so I picked up the key from the security office and entered. There are cooking utensils in the kitchen, so even if you can cook, there is also a refrigerator. There is also a microwave. There is a U-bike rental place in front of the complex, but there is no need to sleep late. There are no disadvantages, and it may bother you about the noise from the outside (motorbike on the road), but if you want this, it's right to raise the price range and go to the hotel. This is a characteristic of Taiwan's architectural style….. I can personally recommend it to others.

I forgot my luggage on the high-speed bus, but I immediately contacted the bus company and took me to the pick-up, which was kind.It was in a lively neighborhood, but the room itself was quiet and calm

I was looking for a place in Taichung to stay for a few weeks and Rick's place was a great location for my needs. It's located fairly close to some of the large department stores with a good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. The biggest surprise with the rental unit was a giant punching bag hanging from the ceiling between the entrance of the two rooms but it didn't bother me much since it provided me a bit of extra workout at home. I would consider staying here again during my next trip back to Taichung due to the safe neighborhood and convenient shopping nearby.

Def the best place to find around Taichung Train Station. Lots of worth-visiting places in walkable distance but not be bothered by the traffic noise. There's Shampoo, Soap, Towel, and even detergent. And everything is clean and tidy. One thing, the bed is very shaky but tolerable for one-night stay. Would definitely stay at the place again while visiting Taichung City.

Very comfortable space for 2 at the central of Taichung! Place came with galaxy lights which was v cool! nice touch. Place was well kept and clean. Easy access for guests with auto locks on all doors. Fuss free experience!

The location was very convenient, the dining table was large, and there was more than enough for the family to eat together, contacting the host with issues during the stay can be dealt with quickly, and will have the opportunity to choose this property in the future!
