Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Nakamura Ward

It was convenient, and there were many good facilities such as convenience stores, grocery stores, and izakaya nearby!

I used it for 2 nights.The host sent me a message and there was nothing to worry about.There was also a convenience store within walking distance in a quiet environment, and it was nice to be able to walk and shop. The air conditioning in the living room didn't work well, but there was a kotatsu and fan heater, so there was no problem. The best part was the hot spring!The hot water was pleasant and I enjoyed it a few times. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance!

The place was very spacious and clean! Instructions for check-in was very straightforward as well! Will definitely return when I come back to Nagoya 🙂

Even though 5 people with a large luggage of 15-20kg went to play, it was spacious enough for more people to come and play, so we had a really comfortable stay. It's in a location that's easy to find on Google Maps, but the host met me before I arrived, so it was easier to find the accommodation. There were also toilets and showers in the loft structure, so there were no pushes for 5 people to prepare, so I was able to prepare quickly. There is a large pharmacy nearby, and there is an Aeon Mart that runs until 1 am, so it was easy to shop. They also recommended delicious restaurants nearby, and they made a reservation instead, so I was able to live comfortably. Thank you!!

I stayed with 11 people.It was a short 10-minute walk from Nagoya Station, the location was good, and it was a very clean accommodation.However, the smell was a little disturbing because it has been renovated in an old building. It was also helpful that you responded to my messages right away.☺️ We would like to stay again when we go to Nagoya with a large group.Thank you!

Place is easy to find self check in.Electrical jumps four times due to unaware of local voltage issues.It doesn't happen again after learning.The homeowner also had a question to answer very quickly.Because there is no water cooker in the home the second time is also delivered immediately.Thank you so much for the hospitality.

This is my 4th time staying at にゃん’s. Whenever I am in Nagoya, I know that I can feel at home here. As soon as I walk in, it does feel like coming home. In the 5 years I’ve been coming here (it would’ve been more, but as you all know, COVID wrecked the world’s travel plans), not much has changed. It’s a reliable, quiet place to come back to after sightseeing or even to make a home base for day trips to Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Gifu, Mie, even as far as Fukuoka (wake up early for this!). As much as I love the apartment, the standout highlight is still the host, にゃん. When I couldn’t figure out something, or got lost wandering sightseeing, they were there to help. From the moment you become their guest, they want to make sure you have the best experience of Japan possible. Treat にゃん well, because they will treat you well. The epitome of “omotenashi” — the Japanese tradition of hospitality.

Very clean place, lots of room, very close to a big park. My family of 4 were very comfortable there, we stayed for 4 nights
