A wonderful Christmas where our family scattered all over France was able to gather. Everything is planned for a more than pleasant stay, to prepare XXL meals, gather all around the table. We spent 3 nights in Guillaume's place. Roof was perfect! We asked to arrive a little earlier to enjoy the family in Poitiers who were not yet on vacation and Guillaume accepted directly. The space is just as advertised, the bedding comfortable... We recommend this listing for a great weekend at futuroscope and aquascope.

Beautiful house, located in a very quiet area. We were 20 min from Futuroscope (1st reason for choosing it). It is clean, very large and has a beautiful little garden. I would recommend!

Pleasant accommodation, clean and very well equipped! Although there is no parking available, it would be nice to have everything available a few meters from the accommodation. I would recommend to other guests.

We spent 2 nights very nice little accommodation with everything inside with a nice private garden Small problem with the heating of the living room which does not heat up for winter especially with a children otherwise very well

We had a nice stay, near the futuroscope, easy to find with clear instructions.

Mary’s accommodation is very spacious and clean. You find internet and a big kitchen area and my dog was allowed to run around in the garden. My car was safe in the closed courtyard and everything was perfect! Thank you Mary!

Igor offers a really nice little home, with all the amenities you need, quiet and close to services, shops and major roads! Although we didn't see much of each other (mostly my fault!), he was responsive and available when needed. For a single person, it's really cool, and I think it will work for any small group! I really have nothing to complain about the accommodation, everything is perfect, freshly renovated and very very well-equipped. A lot of care and attention has been paid to renovation, furnishings, and decor. Well done, the result is impressive! The "small studio" concept in a house allows you to enjoy quiet moments in complete autonomy and privacy in your room, but also to share other moments with other hosts in the common areas, around a small cafe, like at home! Guillaume is very responsive, welcoming, available and attentive. A real hospitality pro! I have never been more well received in an AirBnB and I will be back without hesitation with great pleasure! Go for it too, you won't be disappointed!
