The service of the staff is amazing and the view is second to none. The home feels like a resort and was more than plenty of space to host our family. Do note that the property is on a steep hill (which is why the view is amazing) that it's not easy to get around and even catching taxi was a bit difficult.

We had a great stay! Tania was very helpful with everything (scooter, transfer etc.). The apartment was as expected end well equipped. We would recommend to check out the Ban Tai beach nearby!

We had the pleasure of staying 7 days during Xmas 2024. The place was excellent and roomy enough for 11 people. Relaxing atmosphere in a private location. Host Tone was very helpful. Alan helped us to organize a chef for barbecue one night and Thai cousin another night. Fantastic food. The IBeach restaurant close by is also a nice place to go for food and a drink. We used the Grab app to order transportation for grocery shopping and beaches nearby. We can highly recommended this place!

Location, location, location! The shack is what it says - a shack and it was the most perfect place for us. Being right on the beach was incredible. Walking distance along the beach to a fantastic variety of Thai and international restaurants and bars. Walking distance to 7/11 and Big C supermarkets. We didn't hire a car and Jason and Nora's lovely neighbour drove us to the supermarket if we wanted to do a bigger shop. We would hire a car next time. Thank you for a brilliant stay Jason and Nora, you were so lovely to deal with and really enthusiastic and genuine - we look forward to returning and seeing you again.

We spent two nights in the beautiful and above all very clean bungalow and were super satisfied! The location is very quiet and you can't hear the street, the path to the beach is a maximum of 2 minutes, here are a few nice beach restaurants. All in all, the stay was a 10/10 the communication with Mae was super easy, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Super great location, super accommodation. the beach is right outside the door. great large kitchen with everything you need ( in the fridge there was direct water, juices, coffee ready for us) . Requests were answered quickly. Overall, all expectations were met. The place is definitely recommended.

the accommodation was very nice and clean. right on the beach. makes it very interesting. in the evening a bit noisy as there is a bar right next door. from noon it is quiet again. the host was very nice and helpful

Was an absolutely beautiful villa with 4 floors. The complex was lovely with everyone being very respectful. Location was perfect as was 5 minutes to fisherman’s village and many beach clubs around. Loved it so much we wanted to extend but unfortunately they were full booked. Would stay again!

Exactly as described. Ian and Janette were great, welcoming hosts who live onsite so always available if needed. Quiet location, not busy but close enough taxi ride to everything you want.

What an amazing home, in a beautiful quiet area. It is practically on the beach, if you walk to the right over the stones It takes you to another beach which is my favourite in Koh Samui. The house has everything, even a juicier! Its big, clean & the upstairs balcony is a lovely place to relax. The hosts were really good too. If I could give 10 stars I would. Don't hesitate to book this, if you are looking for a peaceful place.

The best experience ever!! We could not speak more highly of our incredible stay. Pannipa and Markus are the most welcoming, friendly hosts who go above and beyond. The villa is absolutely outstanding, the photos don’t do justice to how truly beautiful the view and whole villa actually is! If you are looking for a tranquil, relaxing place to stay you cannot find a better place. We loved our stay and the whole experience, the memories we created are priceless. We recommend everyone should stay here, you will not be disappointed - if we could give 10 stars we would! We hope to visit again in the future as we loved it so much!!

Our stay was amazing from start to finish! Communication and assistance was amazing and the villa itself was unreal( even better than the photos) . Lots of assistance before , throughout and even after our stay . Would definitely stay again

The home was beautiful and staffed with an amazing couple who made our stay super memorable. The food was amazing and they were so discreet you hardly knew they were there. Be sure to do the chef dinner at least once. You will not regret it. Would definitely recommend this home

For once the villa was exactly as described on the site. Right on a lovely, sandy, small, quiet beach. The village with restaurants etc only a short walk away with only a small part along the road. Anew bar is being built now at the end of the bay. The lady who looks after and cleans the villa is wonderful and cooked us a delicious Thai Christmas dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing property. The onsite property manager and her team were also outstanding and took great care of us.

We all had 10 - 4 adults and 6 children a wonderful experience in the lovely villa. The location of the house is eminent. Right down to a beach with the most beautiful sunset. The hosts Tony and Pawn took great care of us. On our last night, they set up an amazing dinner for us and were of great help when we asked.

The place looks better than on photos! Me and my friends had wonderful time in this home which is fully equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful and private, the beach is breathtaking. For people who want to fully relax we recommend this accommodation on Koh Samui :)

Great place with a 1 million dollar deal. We were 3 generations and we were spoiled by the house staff and had a great time. Christophe is super responsive and a perfect host.

We stayed at this house for 10 days and we enjoyed it a lot. The location was great for us and our kids. We loved to be at the beach directly and used it a lot. Fon (the house Manager) is a great person. She was always very helpful and friendly. She did a great job. The only thing we didn't like was the condition of the kids room. The mattresses are really old and thin and we didn't even have real comforters. As our kids are very young, we needed to have one adult sleeping in this room and that wasn't very comfortable. I think it would be good to invest into this room. Bottom line we want to thank Dominique and Fon for this great stay we had. We would definitely come back.

Mandi was the sweetest owner I have ever met, she took care of me from the moment I arrived until I left koh Samui, thank you for paying attention to little details also. The place is live heaven.
